Sky Service Plumbing, Inc.

They are the best efficient hard working and very caring i woulds use again if i had a olumbing problem

Unprofessional, took out a water filter that was very dirty and told me to get another one. I had to repeatedly ask how to install it and to show me where it went. He told me I'd need to buy a tool (albeit only a few dollars) to do it! Didn't offer, didn't give enough info. Tech was very abrupt and gave little info about what he was doing. I like to be well informed. He was also apparently training someone and was annoyed with him, kept getting frustrated with his work. They charged me $225 to literally pull out a filter from the water system outside the house (again, didn't replace it) and snake out a shower drain. Very disappointed. Also tracked mud into my home and I had to stop them!! Every other plumber has had those paper booties to put on over their work boots. The man was nice enough once I got talking to him, but not professional and seems annoyed with my questions!! Would not recommend at all

I cannot rate the work quality at this point. This is a shower panel installation that has to be tested for few months (for possible leaks). The person who came on the first trip collected 100% of the charge knowing pretty well he had to complete the work after coordinating tile work on the bathroom remodel. It took more than two weeks to get hold of Sky Service plumbing to come back and complete their work. They would screen calls and hang up when we tried to contact them. The tile installation company also had a tough time getting hold of them (as they had approved the initial payment, assuming both these companies would work in tandem and complete the job). It was a nightmare working with this Sky Service Plumbing. Stay away from this company if you can. If you have to use them, do not pay until they finish the work.

Fast Service. Called back and was able to come out the next day.

They were professional and treated my property as if it were their own

Steve called me back immediately from my home advisor inquiry and showed up the very next day. His company completed the work that same day after we agreed on a price. Will use him again during our kitchen, laundry room and additional bathroom remodel.

Very friendly, on time. Did good work

He did not offer the re-estimate of something different when he was here on the jobsite and did not offer the typical hourly rate for the job. He never called me back as he said would.

His labor was about 50% less than the other guy HomeAdvisor matched me up with. He also gave me a quote right over the phone on the spot. The other guy said he'd call back within 30 minutes and didn't get back to me for 12 hours. Nice guys too.

Used them for an emergency services . John the serviceman was very helpful in recommending to wife what do do to prevent these types of problem in future. Came promptly and did a great job at a reasonable cost.

I used this service for an emergency repair for my daughter-in-law while my son was traveling on a business trip. I lived 120 miles away and hired them sight-unseen through Home Advisor. They came promptly and did a great job.

They came same day did awesome job

They added $50 to the bill from what i was quoted over the phone. They left a hole in the wall. My friend feels the release valve will not work due to its proximity to the water pipe. No plastic plate provided at the base where the tank touches the concrete to prevent rusting.

They repaired at a reasonable price after others would only recommend replacement at several hundred dollars more. The Final bill was exactly what they quoted.

They came and replaced a water main from the house to the OCU water meter. When they left they left my lawn looking like h--l and the water line stilled leaked. OCU came to check the leak and said they never changed part of the line and that was where the leak was and they fixed it even though it was on my side of the meter and my responsibility.

They were honest, and stated that they were able to do the job. At least they suggested someone else, and did not proceed to pretend to do what they were not licensed for.

They were very good at fixing the toilet. After they left I had a problem with it but they came back and fixed it. I had no problem with them returning. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a leaking water heater and scheduled an appointment for 8am two days away. They called and came a day earlier, switched out the heater, replaced a valve they didn't even know was broken ahead of time, and charged a very fair rate. Would highly recommend!

After the first call to me, I always had to call them. Always waiting for a callback that didn't happen. They scheduled times and did not show. I didnt know what was happening. In the end they apologized and gave me a break on the cost due to my aggravation. Repair was fine.

Excellent

I will tell all my friends about Sky Service. John was great and very calming.

Fast and easy
