I had a leaky kitchen faucet. Service was prompt and very good. I had to go buy a new faucet and they installed it. My only comment is they were very pricey. I should have compared labor prices before hiring them. $230 for one hour to complete, plus $200 for the faucet. But it looks nice and works well.

Outstanding service! I had a leaking water heater. John from Sky Service received my request late in the evening and answered me right away. He was out the next day and replaced the water heater. His price was less than the other estimates that I received and the work was perfect.

I do not know what happened. I confirmed an appointment on a Friday for the next Tuesday. I reached out to confirm the appointment and received a confirmation. Then he never showed up, and never gave an explanation. I tried contacting him again the next day, and no response. Completely ghosted.
