Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
After the first call to me, I always had to call them. Always waiting for a callback that didn't happen. They scheduled times and did not show. I didnt know what was happening. In the end they apologized and gave me a break on the cost due to my aggravation. Repair was fine.

Very fast. Very professional. They gave me an estimate first and that's what the job cost. They will be my first call, if I need more work done.

Received a call from them within minutes of submitting my request to HomeAdvisor - they contacted the tenant at my property, and arranged a mutually suitable time that day. Work was completed the following day.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
They sent unqualified people. Tracked dirt through my house. Took no concern for our things. Used my ladder, my refrigerator and extension cord. A two day job took 11 days. They blamed a hole they created in my garage ceiling on me and refused to repair it. Removed part of my cabinets and refused to custom cut the area needed to replace the wood. The owner asked he he could sit and watch some of the inauguration with us. Did not pull a permit for the work even after we inquired about one. My experience was so bad, not only would I never use them again or refer them, I will never use HomeAdvisor again or recommend their service. Period!!!
