I had Dan replace a garage door for me. At first he was very prompt and professional. He did a good job installing my garage door. However, after that experience I had the opposite. I asked Dan if he would be willing to do a repair on a malfunctioning motor. He said that its likely the sensor, gave me a rough estimate of the cost and then said he would follow up the next day for scheduling. I never heard back from Dan. I tried following up via text multiple times and tried calling but he turned into a ghost. Extremely unprofessional considering I had already told my tenant the repair would be in the next couple of days (as per Dan's word).

The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the issue and my options, and I appreciated that he didn?t charge a trip fee, demonstrating confidence in his work.

When I needed a new garage door spring, Dan called me to discuss various options. He clearly explained different options, showed up the next day and finished the job in about an hour. After replacement, he carefully adjusted the door and opener. He even fixed an old vibration issue that the original installer left behind. The price was reasonable, and unlike some competitor, there were no additional service fee, because Dan is the owner, not a dispatcher.

Dan is superb.. I got many folks to fix the door but all asked me to replace the door first to see if this works. when he came he explained well what can and what cant be done and he provided a very reasonable estimate. I highly recommend Dan for any garage repair work....
