Understanding that Forest may have underbid the work on our roof, we consented to paying for materials that were not scoped into the work. However, our contract specifically states the price quoted covers trim metal on our valleys after roof inspection. When we called for this to be completed we were met with another $1k in charges. Our valleys look as if an unskilled individual made an attempt at installing the tile. Even the El Paso County Inspector stated it looked "shabby". The crew that Forest subbed to for our roof shouldn't be doing upscale roofing. Forest seems to be a good guy and wanting to do the right thing, but our experience with this roof replacement was far from satisfying.

Hands down the BEST roofing company in Colorado Springs. I had 7 other roofers come out to my home to give quotes and Forrest Perry ( owner) gave me the most reasonable quote in comparison to my insurance claim of the roof damage. He went above and beyond to make sure that the new home owners were also happy with the new roof as well as giving the extended 10-year warranty that NO OTHER company would give. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
