The product and installation is high quality.

Had a sun tunnel installed a couple years ago and recently noticed bugs in it. Called company to see how to remove the cover to get them out. Was told it was a closed system and bugs should not get in at all! They sent a tech out who told me the tunnel was not properly installed in the first place and he could only patch the holes with duct tape! The company refused to compensate me with even a nominal gift card. Niccoles response was *that is what a warranty is for.* So, basically, the warranty allows techs to screw up with impunity.

Their Account Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took considerable amount of time answering my questions for 2 skylights. The installers were on-time and were very skilled - I could tell they installed many skylights in the past. Feels great to have selected a quality company!

What a fabulous group of skilled people! Skylight Specialists added light to our home with two lovely skylights. It feels like paradise in our family room. But I must tell you, if you are wondering about who you should choose to do this work, you cannot go wrong with this company that specializes in skylights. I researched for a long time, and hoped I chose the right company to add skylights to our home. They surpassed my wildest expectations. First I called the company and a smiling voice was on the other end of the phone. I look for that in a company. Lindsey answered the phone and was so personable. She set up a visit for me to meet with Stan Davies to come out to work up an estimate. He answered all our questions and was so nice. Next I set up the scheduled time for the install. I spoke with Joe Walters and once again, a smile on the other end of the phone! Joe was awesome and set me up for the install with Lock Davis and he would be there also. They both came on time. Lock walked in, smiled and introduced himself and Joe, he said they wanted to place the skylights wherever we would like them, and that they wanted us to be happy. What? Yes he truly wanted us to be happy! Joe was just wonderful too, smiling and we felt we knew those men in a short amount of time. Skilled, hard working and kind men they are. We decided to have the skylights focused over our couch. No lamps needed in the day at all to read, it's just grand! The light wafted over the entire room. No words to express how happy we are. Every step of the way, Lock and Joe answered our questions. And they both were so kind to also help us in our thoughts on where we wanted the skylights placed. At this point I was truly in shock at all the incredible customer service, as my husband was too. They were so careful to not make a mess on our flooring. Tidy and neat they are! They installed two gorgeous skylights in our home, cleaned up afterward and again asked if there was anything more they could do for us. They were just incredible! Next Clayton Hunt arrived to do the texturing on the drywall to match our ceiling. Goodness, another smiling and kind man! He finished the job and was just so nice. I have never witnessed in my 65 years this kind of service. So I guess this review was lengthy, but the people at Skylights specialists are tops and deserved this review. After the job was done I also received a beautiful letter from Josh Hannon. Thanking me. Well this is one fabulous company, thank you all at Skylight Specialists, you turned our home into a peaceful, light and glorious haven! Replaced three skylights with better quality skylights quickly and improved the looks of my roof. Skylights were damaged in Hailstorm

Skylight Specialists replaced 3 skylights damaged during a major hailstorm. The replacement skylights are an improvement over the previous skylights and were less expensive. We were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and exellent quality of the product and installation.

Huge hail storm this year put 2 holes in my skylights. They arrived on time and put in upgraded UV protected windows. All in all, it took about an hour for 2 windows. Super nice guys & great customer service. Would recommend for anyone!

They installed a new skylight almost silently. I have 4 Great Danes, one of whom is terrified of strangers. I asked them to come on a day I was home, and I was able to stay in the downstairs bedroom with the dogs, and they never even barked. They heard one small “thump”, but that was it!

Our skylights were destroyed in a hail storm. They came out, measured our skylights, had them made, and then installed them perfectly. Great company.

Great service, installation was quick, professional and clean. A little pricey than others, but great service during a terrible wind storm damage was well worth it. Highly recommend checking Skylight Specialists, Inc out!

They responded to my hail damaged skylight replacements within 15 hours of my request through Home Advisors; at the time I only knew of broken skylights, but another contractor reported severe roof damage, so it became an insurance claim. But Skylight Specialists was willing to work with the other contractor to consolidate it under the same claim, and most important, they had the needed replacement sizes on the truck and were prepared to replace them immediately. As I had work commitments the rest of the week, this was important and valuable to me to have it completed and weatherproof immediately, so although I think the price was a bit elevated, under the circumstances they did provide value to me. When I had a similar event 15 years ago, it took weeks to get anyone up to look at it, let alone replace it. I had to get up and cover the broken ones myself, which I am no longer able to do.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the overall experience with Skylight Specialists! They were very flexible with my scheduling and helpful with the placement of the skylights. The installers, sales staff and office support were very professional and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a sun tunnel installed. The guys showed up on time and were very professional from the start. Super informative on how the process was going to go and very thorough in their estimate and inspection. Install was quick (done in 2 hours!) but they left my roof and ceiling looking complete. They also cleaned up after themselves. I have absolutely no question on the quality and integrity of their work. Very highly recommend. Will be hiring them again!

Great to work with - nice job - no fuss

Price gouging following a major hail storm. The same skylight could be had for 1/3 and less compared to the price they charged. They claim no price gouging. Paul Dyer of Skylight said the price was the same b/4 storm. If that is true, then their prices are excessive regardless.
