Installer was friendly and professional. Called me in the morning and asked if I would be home in about an hour. Was here at that time and only took a little more than an hour. Took all of the old skylights and debris. We are very pleased.

The skylights are great. The installers were efficient, personable, ready to answer any questions they could. They kept the dust and debris to a minimum and cleaned up when they left. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

Great experience with Skylight Specialists. Stan, our point of contact, was always available for questions and addressed all concerns throughout the project. He always kept us informed of the process, timing, and always prompt. They use subcontractors to do the texturizing and those folks very great. Love the quality of our skylights. One of the best investments in our home by far!

If I didn't keep calling after 2 weeks of waiting for the skylights I would have waited a month but after I called the skylights were put in in 2 days

We currently have another leak in ceiling, but are not yet sure where it originated. Roof was replaced; we suspect the newly installed skylight. Skylight was installed while we were out of town without our approval--though we did sign contract. Came home to a mess in foyer and interior work still to be done. Will revise the ratings if leak is NOT due to new skylight; but still, it was a bizarre experience!

I went with Skylight & Remodeling Specialists Inc., for my Velux Sun Tunnel and it is PERFECT! In fact; more than perfect! They were early to the appt., friendly, nice, courteous, conscious of my home. Showed concern for any pets. They put plastic everywhere as to protect my home. Started immediately and asked for my input on everything. They finished in less than 2 hours! It is gorgeous. I took pictures of before and after of my hall bathroom and if I showed it to you, you'd think I was lying. It's like they opened up the whole roof to the outside. It looks like an atrium. I keep wanting to flick the light switch off! I want the thank Jeremy the contractor lead, his associate (I'm sorry I forgot his name) they did an awesome job! And Rick Roybal the owner and Kyra McCormish for making this the best decision and experience I've had with a remodel!
