I cannot say enough good things about Bob. He promptly returned my call, adjusted schedules to meet my deadline (on short notice) and was $1300 less than the other quote we received. Excellent service - above and beyond expectations.

This company is dedicated to providing quality skylight installation and repair. We have 4 skylights in our Great Room and we wanted to upgrade the glass to Low-E and have some tint to cut down on the effects of the sun on our woodwork. We were told by other companies that we would have to completely replace our skylights in order to change the glass but after calling Skylights Plus we learned that they could simply replace and upgrade the glass WITHOUT replacing the entire skylight! This company does quality work and if any problems occur they are quick to address them to the customers' satisfaction.

Promptly quoted the work and did everything with an absolute minimum disruption to us. Replaced two older sky light glass units and the new ones look great. Not at all pushy and handled everything professionally.

Overall a good experience. Had to call to follow up with contractor in order to schedule an appointment. He said he would arrive at 9:30, then called at 10:30 to tell me he'd be there at 1:30. Time isn't a huge issue for me because I work from home, but this could have been a problem for someone else.
