I called to get a general estimate for an apartment cleaning-describing as best I could what needed to be done for an empty apartment. I was qouted $65-$70. When he arrived he said it would be $150. I understood it would probably be a little more than he said over the phone before seeing the empty apartment. But more than double?! He finally lowered it to $130. I think the quotes over the phone should be more realistic to save both the customer and service some time.
