Skyline Development Group, LLC

Rick did a number of projects in my home. Many of them were exceptional; however, the basement is a disaster. The laminate flooring trim has come off or is broken in many places. The baseboard in the bathroom area has come away from the wall. I have called and emailed many times. I even filed a complaint with the BBB which was also unanswered. I am now in the process of having to hire and pay another contractor to have the job done correctly.

I can not say enough good things about Rick and the workmen he hired to come into my home. He did much more than install new countertops, new flooring, tile in kitchen, laminate through out, remodeled cabinet for new oven, new sink. Everything was done professionally from the very beginning. Always on top of things so I didn't have to worry if it was going to get done. Wonderful Christian man (his wife also). Would hire him again in a second. I am so very happy.

Reputable, reliable and a true professional. Very satisfied with the project and highly recommend this establishment.

Work was performed as expected. Good communications.

I would recommend Skyline Development for all of your remodeling needs. Rick and his team did an outstanding job of meeting our needs. He met with my wife and I about the job, gave us a timeline on what would take place and when, and completed the job on time. This was a hassle free job and I didnt have to worry about his crew. I will definitely use him again for all of my building needs. And it didn't hurt that he and I were able to share our Christian belief. Not only did I meet the best contractor I've ever had to deal with, but I made a friend for life. God Bless You Rick!

We spent some time up front defining the scope of the project and budget and Rick was great to work with with lots of helpful suggestions and ideas. The work consisted of building an enclosed porch ready to finish later to a room with minimal additional work required for the later project, which required careful planning and construction. The construction was started and finished in 3 weeks and Rick, James and the construction crew was on-site, on-time with clean-up everyday and all really great to easily communicate with and work with from project start to finish. Any issues that normally occur in a construction project of this type were quickly identified and resolved to complete satisfaction. Rick was there from start to finish and really has a feel for the end objective and strives to ensure that details both large and small are addressed correctly. The finished project looks great and although only completed for about a week now we are really enjoying the new space thanks to Rick and his very capable and professional crew.

Very professional. All crew members are friendly and very polite. Work areas left cleaned each day.

We used Skyline to finish a basement, remodel a master bath, add a patio, and add new hardwoods/re-stain existing hardwood floors to match. The project was completed in 3 months, which included the Christmas holidays. Rick and his team worked with us every step of the way to give us the finished product we wanted. I can't say enough good things about him and the subs he uses. We love the work. The quality exceeded my expectations, and it was less stressful than expected, despite the many decisions that had to be made. Some slight hiccups, but professionally handled. Highly recommend.

Rick was realistic and able to do an excellent job with our initial quote

Our experience with Rick was great. His team is professional, Rick himself is on site and ensures everything is done perfectly. Our remodel was extensive and we are very happy with the way the project has been managed, with the work that has been done so far and with our soon to be new kitchen!

I had a positive experience and beautiful outcome on my kitchen renovation.
