Skyline Vinyl Siding installers are skilled craftsmen who pay attention to detail and their customer. In our home improvement journey, keeping the heritage of our home was critical to us. Again, having been built in 1860, we wanted the specific window trim (eyebrow and crown finishes) over each window that the original 1860 builder had applied. Skyline's siding foreman custom crafted the new trim to match what was made in 1860. Great communication and customer service! The siding is like the icing on the cake. This crew, diligent in their prep and application was amazing. Houses settle through the course of time, (163 years) A lot of variables occur through time. These men take great pride in their work, lines match all the way around, horizontal, vertical. Accent application of the faux gable vents was a finishing touch that carried thru that 1860 charm. Gable vents was the roof venting system from the 1800's. Today new technology employs ridge/soffit vents. NEW Pitched and Flat Roof. Our home was built in 1860 and was in dire need of a new roof, with an active leak. When we were ready to move, they worked us into their busy schedule, right before the Labor Day Holiday weekend 2022. They started with the pitched roof, stripping off not only shingles, but metal seamed roofing as well some original cedar shake shingles from 1860 under the metal. Replacing many sheets of OSB. They started at 7:00AM, Sept. 1st Thursday morning and finished all pitched roofing with clean up by 8:00 PM that same day. Their crew they assigned to our home was amazing, talk about work ethic, not to mention quality workmanship. Sept. 2nd, Friday morning, the Flat Roofers arrived. Many companies refuse flat roof jobs. There is a definite science and engineering process to flat roof membrane application. The cost of OSB Board was a concern to us on our roof, knowing weâ d need additional. A question we asked all companies that presented bids, was how much is a sheet of OSB if we need more than what is included in your bid. Skyline was fairest on additional OSB Board pricing, NO Price gauging with Skyline. Windows Review True to Their Word Totally impressed! In May of 2022, my husband and I started collecting bids for a large-scale home improvement project. We spoke with a minimum of 20 companies, of which 15 submitted bids. Ben Leversay, owner of Skyline Exteriors came out and bid our job. Polite, straight forward, clear explanations to our questions, kept the appointment timely, very professional. His bid numbers were the best, along with the fact that Skyline has 5 STAR Reviews and BBB Accredited. More importantly, they live up to their word, pricing, timeline and quality of workmanship. Our home was built in 1860. When we were ready to move, they worked us into their busy schedule. 21 windows being installed, finished off with siding and trim. All by Skyline Exteriors. Ben, Kali, Rick and their crews are the BEST! Top to Bottom by Skyline! We are so incredibly PLEASED! Imagine installing windows in a home that is 163 years old. You are working with aged old timber cut from forests where trees were mature. Our front windows were framed with trees that were hand hewn on two sides with the off sides still sporting their original bark. So your not dealing with perfection or square. Skyline's window installer and his son were meticulous, installing 21 windows, working in crazy Michigan November 2022 unpredicted snow conditions just before Thanksgiving. Our windows are GORGEOUS! They replaced an old damaged fiberglass roof with a new shingled roof. Everything was done efficiently and at a fair price. Kali & Ben were both great to work with and are very friendly with quick communication. 10/10 service experience.

Incredibly impressed by Skyline and the whole crew! From quoting the job with Ben to managing it with Rick, making sure all paperwork and payments are in order with Kali, and the actual work done by the crew, my wife and I were very impressed! Work done was a removal of 4 layers of shingles, 5 layers of flat roof, on a two story house with every steep pitch and 5 out of the 6 roof styles out there (missing Victorian spiral). Only thing that could have been better is if they somehow went back in time and told the previous owners they were out of their mind slapping that many shingles on the roof, miracle it hadn't caved in before they came along! After the re-decking and new shingles (single layer...) our house shed an estimated 15,000 pounds! Crew cleaned up well for what it was, only found a few shingle pieces here and there and maybe like 4 nails...considering the scope of work that's incredibly impressive! I plan on reaching out to them in the future for any exterior work and recommend that anyone else should too!

Skyline exteriors are the best. They recently worked us into their schedule very fast, because we had a leak in our roof. They are professional and reliable. This is the second time we used them for a different house and are very pleased. Communication is great, fast and prompt. Amazed at how fast they get the job done, including cleanup. I would totally recommend them for any roofing problem.

They showed up on time striped and replaced shingles plus had to replace some sheets of plywood, cleaned up, and were gone in about 8 to 9 hours.

They kept in contact with me while waiting for them and let me know exactly what was going to happen and when. I never would have guessed they would do all that in one day. They knew exactly who would do what and worked like a well-oiled machine. And they were so tidy and cleaned everything, so you didn't even know they were there, I am so pleased with my new roof.
