Very responsive and did a great job.

Hired for a power vac. Scheduled quickly. Had less leaves than last year. Lot of sediment on bottom where there were no leaves. Tech would not vacuum first. Scooped out leaves but water mixed with sediment getting murky. Vacuuming then didn't help. When sediment settled next day about half the leaves remained. I had to vacuum sediment myself and then scoop remaining leaves. He only used a regular pool pump and said he couldn't vacuum leaves because they would clog up the pump. I requested that he vacuum sediment first to prevent water and sediment from stirring up and getting murky but he wouldn't do it that way. Tech was courteous. If you have leaves and need power vac I would recommend another company that uses special vacuum with large bag that is made for leaves.

On time, reliable and professional. Not easy to find on Long Island!

Since it's just a 2 person operation, I was able to schedule a pool opening quickly (2 weeks before memorial day). However, for the first day we scheduled, Sky did not show up and I had to call. When I called, they tried changing the appointment to the following week. After putting up a fight, he came the next day and opened the pool without any cleaning. He came back Monday, as promised to finish the job. He charged a little more than companies we've used in the past. Overall, I am happy to have my pool opened and everything is in good working order.

Accessed the problem and gave us and estimate his price was very fair as I have heard horror stories of overcharging people this time of year for pool repairs. He returned the next day to make the repairs to my pool and do the initial cleaning. Sky was wonderful and professional We recommend him highly in fact have already given his name to 3 other friends.

they came and did my pool. also gave another job. the work was satisfactory. received an text saying he wasn't going to be able to service pool anymore because he thought it was a here and there thing. i informed him it was a weekly and he never answered the next couple of attempts to contact him. no explanation.

Very good experience with my pool closing service last Fall. Sky is very friendly, flexible to make appointments, and very on-time. He was patient to explain the details of the work he performed and made me feel pretty comfortable as the first time owner of a pool. He was negotiable in pricing, giving me the option to buy some closing supplies by myself. Overall, I feel the job was well done and I will probably hire him again for pool opening this year.

As a novice to pools and all that is necessary to start-up and maintain the pool, Sky was very down to earth and respectful in explaining all involved. A few days later, I contacted him on a potential issue, and instead of dropping back for a follow-up appointment, he walked me through the steps to solve my issue. I totally trust Sky with my pool and plan on utilizing his services in the future.

Great communication during the process

Had major issue with algae. Three local walk up pool supply companies tested my water multiple times and could not solve my algea issue. Sky evaluated the situation and developed a prescription and addressed the issue. My water is clear.

Sky is an exceptionally nice, honest and hard-working guy. Did a great job on snow removal with a very fair price at my home after the "blizzard" of January 2015. I have lined him up for future storms and have recommended him to my neighbors.
