"I responded to Vicki's email immediately when she let me know she wasn't completely satisfied with the project and received no response. Also tried contacted her at a later with no response. The following was my initial response: " Vicki, Is there a time this week or even in the next couple weeks that I could meet you at your house and discuss the results of the project?
