We only use the highest quality seal coating products that will keep your driveway or parking lot in great shape for years to come.Slender and sons also has over 35 years experience in roof coatings and waterproofing, all types of roof coatings(elastomerics-silicone-aluminum) and repairs.Our services are customized to the individual project, paying close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. I was expecting asphalt in holes, not rubberized fill. My tires left tracks on the seal coat after 24 hours. They sealed my drains which I asked them not to do. I do not know if I can get them open now to clean them out. Some of the cracks have reopened and some cracks are not filled and appear sunken. The seal coat looks good if you do not look for details.

Very fast service. Inspect driveway, quoted a price. This included hot tar for the cracks. They show up earlier than expected so I did not get to confirm the crack fill. Had to have them come back out to revisit several areas that opened up. Had to argue with business owner to get this done and then got excuses for not hot tar all cracks even though that was the quote. Just put another coat of sealer. Wish he had hot tar ALL cracks before seal.

KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK - Alex showed up within an hour of my online request for a professional with Home Advisor. He gave a great honest opinion of my project. He gave a fair bid and delivered a project as promised. My driveway and parking area look incredible. I have some very envious neighbors. With a tight schedule Alex fit in our small job quickly and professionally. He was honest enough to say our roof did not need a full replacement and offered a more affordable option. Alex personally powerwashed the roof and then the whole family did the repairs and silicone sealant installation. Went beyond the job in fixing things he came across. Cleaned up well. Would hire again and highly recommend.
