Mica was super friendly, fast and professsional. the sliding door to our patio was a little wonky so we called SDRS and they were available for a same day appointment. It was really great to have a professional who would break down our options, with an honest assessment of the pros and cons, and explain a bit how each worked. so often vendors send someone who is both inflexible and also doesn't want to explain anything. this was a breath of fresh air!
