We hired this company for custom curtains and paid a 50% deposit upfront. During the first installation, the product brought did not match what we ordered. Holes were drilled and measurement marks were left on the walls and ceiling. Between visits, a representative installed a heavier blackout curtain that later fell near our baby?s crib. The unused holes remained. On the second visit, a protective blanket stained our sofa. The blackout curtains installed were longer than the window and pooled on the floor. The decorative layer was never installed. The project required multiple visits over several weeks. We were told we must either pay more or cancel and forfeit the deposit. All communication and photos are documented. I recommend considering alternatives before hiring.
