Do not use this company! They ruined my glass door simple repair and the door will not even open now! The tech was the worst! Horrible service!â Â

The technician Tomer was amazing, on-time, professional, super helpful, went beyond his scope of job to help, HONEST and such a pleasure to work with.

They first miss the initial appointment for Wednesday, they arrived the next day an hour late as they promised. The technician started working on the doors he seems to be friendly but he replaces the while at the bottom of the door he replaced and they I paid $700 which I think was a high price but I was happy to get my door fixed, after that I realized that the door has 3-foot tall cracks at the bottom. I contacted the company and they said that everything technician kind fine when the technician left the house. the solution that they provide was to replace the door with no charge but I had to pay for the glass which will be $300

The price was too high buy. It had to be done quickly.

Total rip-off. Give you a quote for labor of$350 per door and parts will be charged as needed. Ended up charging $250 per roller replaced!! 2 per door. $500 in parts that are sold at the store for $25-$30. Avoid this company. Poor quality of work.

Amit was terrific. He arrived promptly, fixed my bedroom and hallway folding closet doors so they now slide very easily and re-keyed my locks. Amit explains what is needed very clearly, is very efficient, and offers a very reasonable rate. I'll be calling him soon to replace my window balances.

Horrible experience. We had several problems after they fixed it. If you want to spend waste more money, hire them. Way overpriced for cheap quality parts.

Horrible company. Damaged the tracks and around the door. Do not use this company. They were awful, took our money and will not return our calls.

Do not use them. He did not fix the door correctly and when I attempted to tell him, he got nasty and abrupt. Told me, *I have other jobs waiting for me I have to go*. Naturally, I paid him he walked out not a world said. He knew that he messed up my door. NOW I need a second man to fix it. And I still need a receipt.

They made it real easy. He was the last person to give me a quote and he also happened to be the lowest and was able to do it in the spot that day. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. He was in and out in 25min.

Sliding Door Express Just read the reviews and you will see a common theme. The General Manager, office manager, you name it are about collecting money. DO NOT provide full payment. If they won't take the 50% on completion that is an indication of their intentions. They NEVER returned phone calls, you will have to call them until you get them on the line. They farm out the work, so it is not a shortage of personnel. They will blame everyone but themselves. They will blame covid, they will blame the city, they will blame cities changing rules, they will blame staffing. They simply are unable to follow up, return calls, resolve issues. It took 9 months to finally complete. To give you a sample of their work, when they finally did install, it was not done correctly, finishing work still had gaps to the outside, one of the locks frames had a stick to provide leveling. I mean a tree branch. I have Once complete they failed the inspection and it took 3 months to get it resolved and the resolution was due to the kindness of the permit company they contracted with, not them!

They came out to give me an estimate and repaired the door on the spot and now it works great!

Do not waste your hard-earned money in this company. I called them for a quote to service three sliding doors in my condo. I give them credit that their scheduling and their on-time service were very good, but, their pricing was overly high and not worth it. The technician who prepared the estimate made it look like it was going to be a whole day job with expensive parts to be replaced. He gave me a 30% discount from the original estimate after a few calls with **his boss** and I accepted. Then, he asked me for a 50% advance to buy the parts, the parts, I found out, were only a small fraction of the price they told me. I am talking $12 per roller, instead of $80 as the technician stated. To schedule the job, once again, it was very efficient and they showed up on time, but, the job only took them 2 hours instead of the **whole day**. They did a good job but I felt robbed by deception. The job was ridiculously overpriced and all they said after my complaint was that **this time, they got lucky with the job**. Later, I asked the maintenance manager in the condominium if he could have done the job. Indeed, he could have and would have charged me only a 1/4 of what I paid. It was my bad for not doing my due diligence to quote somewhere else and I paid the price. As the popular saying goes: **fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me**. There will not be a second time for me with this company.

Diego was great repairing the rollers and providing great face to face customer service, very clean job in a timely matter. Always wore his mask and was extremely friendly. Also office manager Lin was great, always kept in touch and provided great customer service experience! I would use this company again and refer them to anyone I come in touch with. In my eyes this is one A plus company worth everyone trust!!!

We decided to replace our worn-out sliding door with a new french door. I guess the office does not care about the customer once they have put a deposit down and the project starts. Held hostage now trying to get the damages repaired. Initially scheduled to arrive at 2 PM. Then they said another installation was running late and informed me they could not make it until early evening. I requested arriving the next day. That appointment was not honored as well. Interrupting our schedule again. Now being told they are short-handed and cannot complete the repairs until Saturday afternoon. We shall see if that happens. The employees were nice, but this service does not even rate 2 stars at this point. Very disappointed.
