Frank's crew has done a variety of tasks for us: ceiling painting, checking plumbing, redoing our front porch, fixing light fixtures and wiring, installing sensors in garage and front porch, and replacing our front door and storm door. Salvador and Manuel work well as a team; they are both hard workers. They are friendly and willing to answer our questions as well as ask us about our preferences. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for our contracting needs.

I s/w Frank 2x. On Monday, the 1x we spoke; was very honest about the $ in comparison to the work & said he could have 2 workers available for me Friday. I needed to t/w my husband about the job. I reached back out to Frank, on Wednesday, to let him know we would like to have the work done - in addition to 2 other small items that came up (one of which I remedied myself) he said he could have the workers take a look at them. Frank said he wasn’t in a place to take down my address, so he’d call me later, it’s Saturday and I haven’t heard from Frank.

That is not how this conversation went. I had asked her to text her address and didn't hear back, I thought she changed her mind. How is it possible to give someone a review when no work was done? This is completely unfair to rate someone based on a phone conversation while I am driving. I need this this review taken down or modified to be accurate.

Excellent experience. Frank and Tim were extremely professional and friendly. I had a chair lift, stairway rails and shower grab bars installed. Excellent work. When the work was completed I sent my out of the area daughter pictures. She was equally impressed, as we are. I didn't know Frank before we hired him. Hired him on the great reviews. So here I am adding what he earned. Project came out beautifully. On schedule and budget. Frank is a very pleasant person, sincere and I felt he cares about his work and people. He listens, cares, and gets the project completed. Will we hire him again? Most definitely, will I recommend him to family and friends? Most definitely. My first thoughts were “Oh he's a bit far from us”. Not a problem at all. Our project was finished on schedule. Also this company works all over. So… Glad we hired Frank and his team. You will not be disappointed with their work and he is very customer oriented as well.

It was clear from the reviews prior and the interview that Frank was personally engaged, was intentional on having a strong team, and had commitment to our satisfaction. The work was done exceptionally well (some aspects were not so easy...), within the budget and timeline, with very high satisfaction from me, my wife and importantly my mother. Frank's team is excellent. They went above and beyond my high expectations. Frank was very easy to work with, insightful, and committed to the project going right.
