Frank's crew has done a variety of tasks for us: ceiling painting, checking plumbing, redoing our front porch, fixing light fixtures and wiring, installing sensors in garage and front porch, and replacing our front door and storm door. Salvador and Manuel work well as a team; they are both hard workers. They are friendly and willing to answer our questions as well as ask us about our preferences. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for our contracting needs.

I s/w Frank 2x. On Monday, the 1x we spoke; was very honest about the $ in comparison to the work & said he could have 2 workers available for me Friday. I needed to t/w my husband about the job. I reached back out to Frank, on Wednesday, to let him know we would like to have the work done - in addition to 2 other small items that came up (one of which I remedied myself) he said he could have the workers take a look at them. Frank said he wasn’t in a place to take down my address, so he’d call me later, it’s Saturday and I haven’t heard from Frank.

Excellent experience. Frank and Tim were extremely professional and friendly. I had a chair lift, stairway rails and shower grab bars installed. Excellent work. They listened to my particular needs and customized certain things to match those needs. They were very prompt. I highly recommend Slip Proof!!!! Thank you Frank and Tim!

Hired Frank he is great. Work was completed on time and on budget.

We needed a walk in shower with disability features and also a chair lift. We also installed a new vanity/countertop and the bathroom needed painting. Frank made good recommendations, his crew was hard working, pleasant, and on time. They also handled a few other small jobs. Everything was done well. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Overall I was pleased with the completed project (installation of wheelchair lift). Frank was professional and answered all my questions. I had obtained multiple estimates and Slip-Proof was comparable as well as economical in reference to many.

I needed to have a new countertop, kitchen sink, and install gas cooktop. So based on reviews we trusted. We choose Slip Proof. This company certainly delivered a good product. When the work was completed I sent my out of the area daughter pictures. She was equally impressed, as we are. I didn't know Frank before we hired him. Hired him on the great reviews. So here I am adding what he earned. Project came out beautifully. On schedule and budget. Frank is a very pleasant person, sincere and I felt he cares about his work and people. He listens, cares, and gets the project completed. Will we hire him again? Most definitely, will I recommend him to family and friends? Most definitely. My first thoughts were “Oh he's a bit far from us”. Not a problem at all. Our project was finished on schedule. Also this company works all over. So… Glad we hired Frank and his team. You will not be disappointed with their work and he is very customer oriented as well.

We hired Frank and his team to install a walk in shower in place of a tub in my retired mom's condominium. We also asked that they replace the toilet and the sink top. We interviewed 3 firms, and we selected Frank. It was clear from the reviews prior and the interview that Frank was personally engaged, was intentional on having a strong team, and had commitment to our satisfaction. The work was done exceptionally well (some aspects were not so easy...), within the budget and timeline, with very high satisfaction from me, my wife and importantly my mother. Very professional and easy to work with. Had an outside utility door that needed to be repaired or replaced. Salvatore determined what needed to be done and fixed it and we could not be happier with the results. I would use them again in a minute and recommend them to family and friends. A few years ago I hired Frank Mannella to remodel my upstairs bathroom and to do a minor installation in my kitchen . He did such a wonderful job that I knew Frank was the perfect man to remodel my downstairs bathroom. Two weeks ago Frank and his crew completed the remodel of my bathroom in exactly 7 days. He and his crew always arrived on time and when they said they would. My once hideous downstairs bathroom looks like a spa bathroom now. Every one who sees it loves it. My husband and I are so very pleased with Frank's work and we plan to always seek him first for future home improvement needs. I highly recommend Frank Mannella and his crew.

Frank and his crew did a wonderful job of removing our outdoor carpeting and staining and sealing the concrete on our porch. Frank is very skilled and professional, willing to explain everything, and very helpful with tips to save money. He wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. When I asked, he gave me help and suggestions on staining cabinets. I expect to hire him to do some painting in the future for us.

I had Frank to install a walk-in bathtub for my mother, and did a wonderful job. He was professional and flexible with my mother, and she appreciated it much.

We gave Frank and his team (Rob worked the entire time so far as well) a million things to do and they did a fantastic job on everything. They're finishing some flooring they recommended also (so far, un.be.lievable!). I cannot recommend Frank highly enough. Great guy, honest, reliable and I will be hiring him for many years to come on pretty much EVERY need we have for fixes on the house!

I would like to say that Frank Mannelli and his crew were very professional and did a very good job on the handyman services that I hired them to do. they were on time and very neat. The prices were reasonable and the services were beyond measure as far as extra work they did for me that I needed.I would recommend them to anyone that may need some home repairs. Thank you Frank for a job well done. I have already scheduled him to come back for more work that I need done.He also promised to do some small adjustments at my home that I suggested. I absolutely fell in love with Frank Mannella of Slip Proof Safety. Frank completed our home projects with an outstanding work ethic and superior quality workmanship. We are totally pleased with his services, in such that we hired Frank for additional projects. In fact he is in our home right now working on one of them. The first thing I noticed about Frank, before he began on my projects, is he is a man of his word. He was here when he said he would be here. Too many times contractors will have you waiting around for them to arrive. Not Frank Mannella. He was on time every time. Also our projects were complete in our time fame and budget.

Frank Mannella is an incredibly patient guy. Even though there were problems getting the right materials to him, he maintained a good attitude and had great customer service. Once he did have the right mats, the work was completed quickly and correctly!
