Slovan Construction, Inc.

Damian, was super helpful he installed a custom pivot front door which was not an easy install, he took the extra time to do a great job and held the original estimate. I highly recommend him

Damian responded to my inquiry immediately and came to our home within a few days to assess our issue. Work was performed within a couple of weeks and it was excellent. Damian gave me various options to deal with the problem which gave me options regarding cost. I would suggest Damian in a second.

Damian is professional, very detail-oriented, meticulous and his work reflects these traits. Couldn't be any happier with the work he performed, which included all interior doors, pre-hung & bifold and front and side garage doors. I highly recommend to anyone looking for top flight work.

Contractor showed up the very next day from original contact. Work was done perfectly. Highly recommended.

Outstanding company!

Really liked Damian. He was no nonsense, explained everything clearly and then proceeded to do a great job.

Damian did a great job, he worked hard, quickly, and needed no oversight to complete the project after the first meeting. Damian built a new interior door with frame, sheet rocking, a transom window., and molding. I was very please with the overall experience and would definitely hire him again.

We have hired Damien to install a new door, was very impressed on how fast he returned our phone call and made an appointment time to meet the very next day. The door will take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive and be installed.

I was very pleased with their courtesy and expertise. When I have more windows replaced, I will definitely use them.

I hired Damian to fix some problems with out upstairs and downstairs windows that were installed incorrectly. He was very patient and thorough looking into the installation issues and coming up with the best solution to fix the windows permanently. I particularly appreciated his knowledge of the process and his committment to quality installation. Damian does excellent work at a very fair price.

Within a day of our call, Daniel came to give a free estimate from another location over 25 miles away, to meet us around 6:30 pm, which was good timing for us. He gave good price to adjust our Andersen french doors, which now close properly. Only after we asked, he gave us other reasonable pricing for possible future repairs as the doors age and the house has other issues. Very professional.

Great communication on arrival. Stayed with the job until it was finished. Cleaned up, not a speck of sawdust anywhere. And I mean CLEAN!!!!!

On time on budget good work

I had Slovan Construction replace exterior trim and paint the exterior stucco walls. They did an excellent work, cleaned up after finishing to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to others. Owner does the work himself and provides superior customer service and quality of work,

I had Slovan Construction put siding on my house. The work was done pretty much within the promised timeline and the work looks great! I also had them add electrical wiring and install some new outdoor lights. Very happy with the work overall. My only suggestion is that a more thorough cleanup be done at the end of each work day.

Very good work.

The project details and possible problem areas were discussed well. The workmanship was of high quality and was completed in a timely manner. He also was courteous, thoughtful and neat.

He did an excellent job. Maria A.

I had my first meeting with company this morning. Seemed very reliable and knowledgeable about the project. Pricing was fair and project starts on 5/7/13.

Mr. Svoboda gave me an estimate for hanging a door at our first meeting and some useful information for purchasing the new front door. When the door was procured, he expertly installed the frame, door and hardware. The door fits perfectly and is much better insulated than the old door, the threshold is solid and the entryway left clean. All done in about 3 hours. I would recommend Slovan Construction to my friends and neighbors.

He kept in touch until we could find a good mutual time. He was friendly and courteous. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to a friend or neighbor.

It was great experience. All done perfectly, clean and in time. Communication is perfect as well.

We had a forced break-in at our house, destroying the door frame. Damian reaaranged his schedule and was to our house within an hour to secure the door. He came back the next day, replacing the frame. The quality of work was excellent.

Working with Damian was a pleasure! He made it a point to call before coming to my house, and asked questions as he went along, to make sure I was getting what I wanted. His actual work is excellent, and his clean-up meticulous. He worked consistently hard throughout the day, and gave me the value I was looking for. I would recommend him without reservation.
