DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY! DO NOT TRUST HIM TO CUT UP YOUR HOUSE! I hired Josh on June 25th to hang 2 TVs. After he hung the 2 TVs, he talked me into installing surround sound in my living room and in an additional room in my house. He finally showed up 2 weeks later to place the speakers in my living room. He got 4 installed without an problem. When he got to the last 2 speakers, he cut a hole in my wall, hit a beam and cut a stud in half. He said that his brother in law builds houses and that he would come fix it when he dropped off the receiver. Another 2 weeks went by. I called him several times. He had different excuses every time I called. He finally came back to hook up the receiver. He brought another helper with him this time. Not his brother in law. So of course he did not fix the stud or beam. And of course they messed up my house again. This time they were trying to run a cord down the wall to a box in the wall. They could not do. His helpers idea was to break the box so they could get the cord though. So he ripped the box out of the wall. Instead of installing a new box, they put the old one back in and said dont worry about it. You wont be able to see it. I have been calling him for over 3 weeks to give him the opportunity to come and fix all his mistakes. He says he will come but never shows up. Its almost been 2 months and still the work is not complete. I have noticed that he has time to take on other jobs based on the reviews on here. He just refuses to come and fix his errors in my house. Oh yeah. I forgot. His car battery went dead the last time he was here and I even went out to help him jump in and I still am treated like this! Horrible person and company! Stay away.

The experience with Joel was great. He was very knowledgeable able the work and he completed it quickly. He also had equipment in stock that is was needed to complete the job.

I hired Josh to mount a TV, installed 4 speakers and left, did not clean up, I was told in June he will drop the receiver in in 3 days and I still have not seen him, every time he schedules an appointment he never follows through, I would never hire him again

Some delay in installation due to sad family emergency plus Josh has no help like many businesses today and is a one man operation. The final product is fantastic and I couldnâ t be more pleased. He definitely knows the technology. JN. Oklahoma City

Paid up front for equipment which has never arrived and seems to be no interest by owner in moving forward. Never received components after several weeks and ongoing excuses. I have no equipment, no service and out $ 1500 in first payment.

On 5/22/21 - Josh quoted a job of installing 4 TVs, moving 2 electrical boxes, installing 2 ethernet ports in wall, purchasing and install high quality 4 outdoor speakers. He requested payment in advance of $1250 with a completion date of 5/25-5/26. Numerous no shows, took 2 weeks for him to come install the TVs, lied about the quality of the TV mounts, did not show up with help - so I had to assist in the install for 3.5 hours - two weeks after the 5/26th. He then tried to ask for more funds for **labor** - which were already accounted for (his electrician - who never showed). I informed him that i had already paid all funds - he then remembered... He never returned after being given a final date of 6/26/21. Minimal work was done and done poorly. He agreed to refund the $850 - multiple times, even stating his **manager** would bring the funds on 7/5/21. No one showed. I am in the process of filing a small claim court judgment and will file a consumer complaint with the state AG. This is a pattern. You have removed the 0.5 rating from another client that he has treated in a similar manner as **unresolved** - but I read it previously. Anyone who gives him money up front gets hosed. Please remove him permanently from your site. While he promised to be at my house completing the task - he went to Maggies house first so he could get paid there and never showed here (he told me he was in Stillwater on that Saturday, after promising to be in Yukon by noon, then by 3 pm, then never showed). I will not use your site ever again for a referral if these are the types of people you approve.

Josh has done a fantastic job start to finish. His work is excellent and he communicated with me during the process to make sure that we had the best quality equipment and end experience for our money. Unlike others we have worked with, Josh was kind, thoughtful and diligent in his efforts to please us. He also was diligent in cleaning up after his work, hauling away our old equipment (that did not work) and making sure everything was back in place. I would recommend him to anyone and encourage patience in the process since so much of his work is dependent on suppliers providing equipment. Thank you Josh!

Josh was great to work with. Very knowledgeable! He mounted 2 TVs in our new home — one above the fireplace and another in a bedroom. We look forward to hiring him to install a surround system in the future.

Mr. Slover called me around the time we had worked out for him to arrive and told me he would be at my house an hour later. He arrived 3 hours later. I was grateful and courteous to him while he was here, a time which amounted to about three hours. He was also very professional, and he said multiple times he wanted us to be happy with the job he did, which I certainly believe. Unfortunately, things did not turn out well. I asked him to mount my TV halfway between the mantle and the ceiling. The first attempt resulted in a TV that was about 3 -6 off the mantle. We could not leave it like that it was just not right. He had to move it, and in the second place he put it, it was not secure enough to stay there, as Mr. Slover clearly did not feel comfortable with it. Finally, Mr. Slover placed the TV mount much higher up on the fireplace, which turned out to be a decent location, but unfortunately, the screws, rather than being securely mounted in the stone, are mounted mostly in the grout around the stone. This job went wrong, in my view, for these reasons: 1. Mr. Slover did not use a tape measure the first tape measure I saw during this job was mine! 2. Mr. Slover was supposed to be at my house at 2:00 PM. He arrived at 5:00 PM, after calling me at 2:15 PM and telling me he would be at my house at 3:00 PM. 3. Mr. Slover charged me $100 for a $25 TV mount, and then another $100 extra for the labor for finally placing the TV (at least near) where we wanted it in the first place. 4. I now have multiple holes in the stone and the grout in my beautiful stone fireplace that I must find a way to fix. 5. The TV is not all that secure as it is mounted mostly in grout. I am very unhappy with the results of this job. The TV is up there, and if you did not know what is behind it, you would think it looks great, but the holes in the fireplace, the screws in the grout, and the high price tag tell a very different story. Mr. Slover was kind, informative, and professional, but the workmanship on this job just fell way short of expectations.

Very professional installation, ceiling speakers(4) in living area look great. Outdoor ceiling mount(4) on patio are attractive & sound great. Installed 5 big tvâ s w/ tilt mounts. Installed receiver / logic tech harmony system & firesticks...

They have not finished the job they started a week ago. Very unprofessional. We hired them to come out to install 4 surveillance cameras and hook them to a monitor. They half a****d mounted the cameras but were not able to connect the monitor due to needing an extra part that they cannot seem to get. Paid them $400 and we still do not have anything to show for it. This job was too much for them to handle, they keep making excuses and lying on when they will be out to finish the job

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Josh called and texted me immediately after requesting service and came the same day. He talked me into using him to do more work for me. I texted him almost everyday after he said he would be there and barely ever got a response and if I did it was a lie. He did HORRIBLE work and the product he bought didnâ t work for what we needed. He left our house a mess and our surround sound never worked. I had to finish it myself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could leave a negative star review I would.

Josh was able to book us on the day we called. Within 12 hours of taking to him our job was done. Great work.

I tried to hire Josh for a second project. He said a special piece of equipment was required and due to the cost, needed to be purchased ahead of time. I paid him $1475 for the part and the labor in advance. He said that once the part was ordered (should have been the same day) that he would email me a receipt and schedule the next appointment. I did not hear from him. Two weeks went by and no contact. I called him to find out what was going on. His favorite quote: **I was just about to call you** He scheduled an appointment to come out later that week, but I called him to reschedule due to a family emergency. We rescheduled for the following week. He did not show and did not call. I called him the Monday following and he rescheduled again. Once again, no show and no call. I called again the following Monday and he gave an excuse that his son was taken to the hospital. Once again, we rescheduled but surprise surprise, no show, and no call. I told him I wanted a refund. So at this point in time, it has been 3 and a half months since I paid him and I am no closer to receiving a refund than I was to get my sound system finished. He claims there is a problem with CashApp, his bank, his second bank and now there is a problem with Zelle. Neither of the cash management apps is a problem. In my opinion, either he does not want to pay me or cannot pay me. I have a log of phone calls and text messages, along with the requests through CashApp, in support of my claims. All I want is my money back. Do not hire this **company**.
