I would not recommend doing business with an employer who consistently delivers poor-quality work and shows little concern for client satisfaction. Professionalism, honesty, and quality service are essential in any business relationship. When a company fails to meet these standards, clients often end up disappointed, frustrated, and left with unfinished or substandard results. Businesses that do not value their customers rarely improve, and supporting them only encourages poor business practices. Not to mention he likes to Beat women. PLEASE BE AWARE

We contacted Joe Ziccarelli of Smagliante Services Inc. to have kitchen/dinette wallpaper removal and painting done. He began the work on a Monday. When we asked him for a contract on both Monday and Tuesday, he replied that he would get it to us. He finally brought a contract on Thursday, but we did not sign it due to our extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of the work. The first task was the removal of the existing wallpaper. It seemed that he did not really know how to remove wallpaper. He was removing it in very small pieces/strips. For the painting, the work was indescribably below any acceptable quality. The caulking was done very uneven and sloppily. There is excess paint along the edges and on the cabinets and moldings. He left wide unpainted areas along with the electrical outlets. As far as cleanup, there were paint remnants throughout the kitchen/dinette and even on the garage floor and driveway. He also cracked a light fixture cover in the kitchen. We definitely do not recommend this company for any home repair/remodeling work.

Joe and the company were great, very knowledgeable, very prompt and arrived on time, very helpful.
