Zen Theraquatics

Originally gave 5 stars when job was completed. At first he would come out and adjust liner do fix where water would over flow rocks and loose water. Since then Iâ ve learned how to search and fix on my own due to texts gone unanswered. Itâ s occurred at least a dozen times. Thatâ s a lot. Frustrating and shouldnâ t be the case. Also within the first months when lights under warranty theyâ ve needed a replacement part. Here we are year and half later still donâ t have that. Regardless of husbands numerous texts. What I learned from a professional who has more experience is he installed the liner too short up side walls so unless we revamp we will always have issue. Is Bob a nice personâ ¦.absolutely. I do wish though I would have stuck to my wishes on what I envisioned instead of me trying to be easy going cause it drives me crazy that a couple things I really wanted design wise was not his idea of design. So went with what he preferred. Do I regret doing the feature. Absolutely not but do I wish he was more diligent on following thru with repairs that should be his responsibilityâ ¦.absolutely.

When we first hired Bob in mid 2023, we felt so lucky to find such a cheerful, professional pond maintenance guy. To be clear, Bob did not build our pond, so it probably wasn't something that was second nature for him. However, we hired him to come once a week to maintain the pond, and felt that we were pretty flexible. We needed someone that could take care of things when we were out of town Toward the end of the summer, Bob's maintenance schedule became more erratic, and he didn't come for two weeks without letting us know what was going on. Turns out he was at a training for his first job. But he never gave us advance warning. Then he came a few more times, and disappeared completely without explanation, much to our chagrin. I guess he can't be relied on. Communication is the first prerequisite of a good business model. We cannot recommend Bob for any ongoing business relationship.

Bob is professional. On time, great communication and relentless in his pursuit of a result that the customer loves. He is creative and joyful which contributed to a beautiful result. Loved working with him.

The four level waterfall that Bob designed and built is beyond our expitations and absolutely beautiful.

Bob built an incredible koi pond inside my lanai! His attention to detail, fantastic work ethic, professionalism and willingness to support after completion is top notch! I highly recommend him!!. My pond is easily my favorite part of my landscape and well worth every penny!!

A true visionary, artist and professional. Exact qualities you are needing and wanting for a project like this. But itâ s more than that. Investing in something like this, you really WANT someone who has those qualities but also someone who pays attention to detail. Bob is all of those and then some. He listened to what I was envisioningâ ¦we worked togetherâ ¦and as I learned sometimes you have to let an â artistâ do â theirâ thing. Thank goodness I did. I had the vision for what I wanted and he brought it to life even more than I could ever imagine. I will forever be grateful for my beautiful â Zenâ days ahead.

From the day that I met Bob, owner/operator off Zen TherAquatics, I knew that he would make my longtime dream of having a fish pond come to life. This is someone who truly has a passion for all things rocky and aquatic. From helping me pick the best spot, to being open and patient to my many changes, to bringing my ideas to life, the entire pond building experience was an absolute joy. Bob is a very hard worker. He showed up early, stayed late and was able to accomplish a lot each day. Iâ ll be adding fish in a week or two once itâ s more established. I highly recommended Zen TherAquatics to anyone wanting a pond, waterfall, or just needing maintenance.

Just had Bob out to upgrade my pond pump and filtration equipment. He did a fantastic job, got it all done in less then a day. Discovered a slight leak later on and notified him immediately, Bob came right back out the first thing the next morning. We found a root holding down a part of the liner in the top level of the falls and removed it and fixed it right up. Bob is VERY knowledgeable, courteous, fast and professional. Seems very dependable and is very helpful, wouldn't even take a tip...lol Let us know if there were any more issues or questions, to give him a call and he'd help any time. His goal is your satisfaction and happiness. He has the best prices as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Bob was an absolute profession. He provided me with information on how to get my pond going in the right direction, conducted a clean of my pond to bring it back to a glass clean view and provided follow up to see how things were going. Scheduling with him was seemless and he kept me upto date with everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend him for sure.

It's difficult to find someone to work on an older pond. I'm so glad I found Bob at Zen TherAquatics. He diagnosed my leak and showed me where the problem area was. Within a few days he had the parts necessary to fix the problem. He clearly described the procedure necessary to re-stretch the liner that had pulled away and to replace the bracket holding the liner at the skimmer. He was very meticulous in his work. His prices are reasonable. I will use him again.
