Well the problem turned out to be more than just a bad water heater. Kevin found it was a leak in the pipes under the slab. My Mom was so upset, but Kevin treated her with respect and kindness. He and his worker were back when they said they would be and the job was done in a matter of hours without having to dig up pipes! On top of that he called and made sure everything was still in workin order the next day. I hope we have no more plumbing issues but if we do, we will use him in the future.
