This company installed for me a tankless water heater about one year ago. The main problem is that even after they, eventually, finish the job, they take no responsibility for their work and you are left hanging. As soon as they get their money, it is Impossible to reach them or get any service (and yes we do have their Service Club membership). Working with them has been an exceptionally miserable experience. Save your self the time, money, and agony and avoid working with them at all cost.

They seem to know what my problem needed! And had good answers for all my questions. I will use them again.

In the past, I was not a fan of Smart72, however, a recent encounter has forced me to have a change of heart. A few years ago, I called the office to inquire about HVAC services. The man in the office was very short and snappy with me when answering my questions, definitely did not give me the warm fuzzies... so I decided not to have the service done and figured I would wait to find another company. Fast forward to a few days ago when two men knocked on my door. One gentleman explained who they were and the other one, a very handsome tattooed man named Jay, explained he was there training him and gently stepped in to inform me of the awesome promotions Smart72 has. Jay was knowledgeable, professional, and very polite to both me and my 82-year-old grandmother who also lives in the house. By the end of our conversation, I was confident in my decision to give Smart72 another chance and I am looking forward to receiving their services.... especially if they send back Jay!

They haven't finished the one day install and it's been over a week. Stupid me paid in full for their services so they have no incentive to do a good job.

My overall experience was OUTSTANDING! Mike Sims and Isidro Silva-thank you! These guys and the entire crew are true professionals. The quality of the work was top notch. They showed up on time, were respectful and incredibly knowledgeable and they are hard workers. This was not an easy job and they completed it safely and on schedule. Stay away from this company! This is a bait and switch company they take it advantage of all their customers. They came into our home told us our furnace was broken and that our only job option was to go with them. They are bullies and very unprofessional. I hope these review stay, and also stay away from this company!

Professional, punctual, and efficient..

Very Professional

Professional and on time.

Did not show up for schedule appointment did not call me. I had to call them and was told they were running late. A courtesy call would have been good to let me know. I waited 3 hours for them and they wanted me to wait another 1.5 hours

They do what they say they will do. They have a broad area from Ventura to San Luis Obispo but they are responsive.

Jeremy was awesome, efficient, and knowledgeable he did it timely manner. I personally recommend Jeremy Smart72 to others.

We were very impressed with Michelle. Not only is she very professional, super knowledgeable, clear in her descriptions and explanations, she is also very kind, considerate, and just nice to be around. We laughed a few times and she s got a great sense of humor. In our opinion Michell deserves a raise! Seriously! 😊

The gentleman from Smart72 was knowledgeable, had great customer service, and friendly.

I purchased my furnace 8 years ago and this was my first inspection. Chris was professional, friendly and on time. Upon completion he handed me the inspection checklist and went over it with me line by line and answered any questions I had. Chris informed me that my furnace should be inspected once a year for optimal performance and for safety reasons. I will definitely hire Smart 72 for my next inspection.

I liked the whole experience. They were on time as promised. Two very professional guys did very expert work.

Sales rep, Michelle, was knowledgeable and personable. She did not oversell. Arnold, the installer, was excellent and took extra care to minimize the visual impact of the system on the look of the house. Best price of all bidders. Good follow-through after the installation.
