I can't say enough about Smart AC Solutions. Offered to come out on a Sunday and arrived within an hour of first speaking to him. He fixed my AC extremely quickly and charged a more than fair rate. I just found my go-to HVACcompany

Donny was quick to respond to my inquiry, courteous, and provided a quote over the phone. He was efficient when he came out and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use him again for any future needs.

Donny Bright returned my quote call immediately, we discuss my issue and he suggested possible problems. He gave his service fee amount and we agreed for him to come out which he did immediately. The issue was identified and fixed within 15 minutes. Donny provided information on another item that would need repair but was honest when advising that it could wait until Spring. There was no up selling, he was very polite and extremely professional. I will recommend this company to family and friends!

What a duo! Donny and Michele are very knowledgeable! Not only did they identify a probably cause but their prices are very reasonable! They cut to the point and don t give me the turn around. I HARDLY EVER LEAVE REVIEWS but they definitely deserve my five stars in every category! I have dealt with many a/c companies and they all have this vibe about they think they know everything and everything I tell them doesn t mean anything and they just try to nickel and dime me. BUT NOT THESE Two! Very responsive to texts and phone calls! HONEST and most importantly customer service is premium quality! I own a few businesses so I know what I m looking for! Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to all my friends and family! You won t be disappointed!

Donny was great!! From the time he called to the end of the work everything went smooth. He showed up to do estimate within an hour and we had the repair done the very next day. He was able to beat the competitor quotes and did the best job! He was also not pushy at all, like other companies that want to sell you an entire new system. Highly recommended!

He came to check the issue within an hour (even it's evening already), order the evaporator immediately and get it fixed by earliest point in next day after he got the part .
