When my Momâ s AC unit stopped working last month, we got several estimates for repair and replacements. Jay was able to explain why the unit was actually the wrong size for the house and so repairing it wouldnâ t address the cooling issues she had while it was working. My landlord had used him before when my wife and I were renting in Bellaire so I trusted him to do a good job. His crew was able to install the new system in 2 days and I was happy with how they wore shoe covers every time they were in the house and how they kept everything neat and tidy. Reasonable pricing, fast & neat service. Itâ s way too hot for AC problems in Houston so if you have an issue, Iâ d definitely recommend Jay
