They were very fair. They came out for to appliances but could only repair one. I would use them again.

Contacted this vendor via email and received almost instantaneous reply. Scheduled appt for that very afternoon, and Zain was very prompt and courteous. Checked out the old fridge and replaced the compressor relay, but also warned that the fault could be the compressor itself, and said a new one would cost almost as much as a new fridge. When the fridge still didn't work the next day, the company refunded the cost of the relay no questions asked. All I ended up paying for was the service call - and of course a new fridge!

Showed up on time, very polite and efficient. Was able to make the repair on the spot. I requested the technician call when they were on their way and he did making it easier for me to meet them at home instead of waiting there for the 3 hour window of opportunity. Will use again for future needs.

They called quickly and explained their billing process clearly. Technician 'Zain' called before coming, arrived as scheduled, was neat and identified himself (wearing company shirt). He examined the dryer, told me the problem options and cost of fixing it, if it was the first problem. It was the first problem and he repaired it. Receipt of services was detailed and clearly written. He cleaned up the area around the dryer before leaving. Took less than one hour...probably 45 minutes.

I called them on 12/23 and they came out that afternoon. Zain was very nice and explained it was a motor pulley - but only took about 15 mins and just took back of dryer off. Told me w/holiday that he'd have to wait until Tues to call about part and he'd let me know by noon that day. If in stock, he'd come out that Thurs or Fri. If not, could take a couple weeks. I didn't hear from him on Tues like he said, so I called. A receptionist told me that they couldn't get the part for 30-60 days. That's crazy since he told me a week, and especially since my husband found part online for less than $50 overnighted. The girl was dismissive and they obviously didn't want the work. I wasted $45 service fee for no reason.

hubby said I should wait to make sure it's fixed but the popping sound is gone so hoping it is. will know in a couple of days. had to have the ice maker motor replaced. they called, they came, the took their reasonable service call amount against the total charge. very pleased, hope I continue to be. just don't give out 5's.

Had an excellent experience, was able to made an appointment the same day. good thing they carry the part needed, same day repair, estimate given was fair ,what else could i ask for. will hire them again

he was on time, explained the problem, he knew what he was doing conscientious about cleaning up after, zain was very professional. fixed my very old dishwasher leaking in no time. definitely keeping their number for future. would recommend to family/friends

Replaced door seal on 32 yr old refrigerator. Located part and scheduled repair quickly. Showed up on time and answered my questions. Will use again happily.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I hired this company because I had a leak in my dishwasher. They came out and determined it was the gasket in the door. 1 day after repair we had a flood in our kitchen and a waterfall in our basement. We contacted them they came back no problem found and 1 day later another flood and waterfall. Called them and was told owner doesn't talk to customer. Person I was speaking to was the manager (later found out was really the owner)so they lied. I asked about repairs due to misdiagnosis they said not their problem was already leaking. Leaking yes flooding no. Told them we have video they didn't care. Roughly $4-6000 of damage. They gave us back the money we spent on labor but not the part. They said they couldn't resale it so I bought a part I probably didn't need and definitely didn't work as the water was pouring out the door. I contacted home advisor and they have opened an investigation. I've collected estimates and I have video of the damage guess my next step is to see how a judge sees the issue. All I can say is STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Quick to respond, got the appliances back in working order at a reasonable cost. called quite few companies in the area to get a quote but no-one beat smart appliance's quote that was given. lowest service call that would go towards the repair. what more can i ask for . will definitely saving their number for future

I called and left a message. Got a return call a few minutes later and set an appointment. When Zain got here the first thing he did was pop off his shoes so he would be walking on our hardwood floors in his socks only. I told him what tests I had done (retired master auto tech) and he did a couple of function checks. Told me the GE microwaves are known to have magnetron failures and gave me a quote. I said please go ahead as the quote for parts and labor was right at the high end of prices I had seen on the web for the part alone. The one he had w/ him had the mounting ears on the wrong sides so wouldn't work. He said he had one at his office and could be back the next morning. He called that evening to confirm that he did indeed have the part and called the next morning 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He installed the part which fixed the microwave. I am a very happy customer and will call Zain again for any appliance repairs we need.

Very nice folks with whom to work. My refrigerator is working well. The fellows explained what was happening and what needed to be done and made it happen.

The technician was professional, personable and efficient. Tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, explained the diagnosis in terms I could understand, resolved the problem and cleaned up afterwards. I didn't feel like he was ripping me off. He knew what he was doing. highly recommend !!!!

Service was excellent. Was promised a three hour window, which was met. Technician arrived with parts and total repair completed within half an hour. technician was very professional and explained what he was doing. Parts and labor came with a warranty and the price was very fair.
