Jerry does great work and he was very good at reaching out and providing an estimate for the job. His workmanship is top notch and he came in to the budget he promised. I would definitely hire him again for work in my home. Only minor concern is when bath liner was delayed in arrival due to weather en shipping route, he didn't call me to notify me (as I am a non resident landlord). I would have appreciated that as I had tenants waiting to get in but once here, he installed it asap and well.

We were not 100% satisfied. It took longer than originally promised. We were sold on the indication of "possibly by the end of next week," which turned into "next week," which then turned into "next wednesday," which THEN turned into "we'll let you know." I had to call to find out when the appointment was, and I was told i had an installation for 9AM the next morning. We had always told the company that we worked until 3, so that had to be reschedued for later the next day. we were also sold on the fact that the owners did the installations themselves - they did not. The doors did not turn out to be the size we ordered, which was frustrating Our attempts to find out why were answered by blaming the manufacturers, and us! The glass was special ordered based on the sellers own measurements, so all things should be accounted for in measurements - that is the purpose of special ordering. And blaming us for rushing the job was their excuse for not doing the installation themselves. 16 days is not rushing(when you're told 8-10), and we just wanted a phone call once in a while to let us know where things stood. We had to do the calls to get the status of the changing dates, when people should have been calling for us - especially to see if the time was ok. You can't just assume people can fit in 9AM when they work - especially when they tell you fromt he beginning that the job would have to be done after 3.The best part about the experience was the installer. He was very professional and was trying very hard to make everything right when he saw there were a few problems. He was pleasant and kept the bathroom very clean. He was the reason we weren't enraged, he was a nice guy trying to make his customres satisfied.The company was will

I can not say enough good things about Jerry and Norman. They delivered as promised and MORE. They met all deadlines; came when they said they would; work was impeccable. They removed part of my tiles from my master bath shower, rebuilt and pitched my shower floor; installed acrylic shower walls and frameless glass walls. The end result was magnificent. I would hire them for any remodeling in my house and recommend them HIGHLY!

The glass doors do not match up at the top. I pointed this out to them and they said it was the best they could do. I am very disappointed and hesitate to recommend them. Originally, I felt they were the best, because of the seemingly precise measurements they took.

Our experience with Smart Bath was excellent. We sent a letter thanking them for their service. I cannot say enough of their great customer service. We live far away from our apartment where the bath replacement needed to be done. Smart Bath helped us through the intricate bureaucracy to get the job done and kept constant communication with us. I especially commend Doug Eddy for his patience and professional attitude even through stressful times.

They were prompt in doing the job and completed the overlay in one day. We are very satisfied with the job and the warranty that came in the mail a few days later.

Excellent neat workmanship. I love my new bathtub-shower enclosure. I would recommend Smartbath to anyone. Materials seem to be of excellent quality. Much better than I expected.

A little rocky at first as the parts did not come in on time and he did not call me to advise. when they came in he did a fantastic job of instelation.

Pathetic Experience. Guy charged us 1K and now there is water standing. We called him and he gave us another 2k estimate to repair his mistake. Please don't ever go for Smart Bath.

My bath was lined by Jerry Pallante and his assistant just after Christmas. These men were organized, punctual, clean, and extremely competent. More important is that the tub liner fitted perfectly, as did the new shower doors. In short, Jerry Pllante transformed by bathroom for a relatively small amount of money and it looks better than ever. I thoroughly recommend SmartBath. Jerry has made it worthy of its fine reputation by being a perfectionist in every way.
