They completed the work as they planned. They removed my old insulation and replaced new insulation in my attic and they cleaned and finished in a timely manner. They also replace my old furnace to new furnace with new thermometer. They also removed my old air duct to new one in a timely manner.

On time

They were reasonably priced and performed the work well. Their crew cleaned-up after themselves and finished in a timely manner. They have a building contractor�s license so they were able to work on other miscellaneous items while they perform the insulation work. I was able to schedule the work relatively easily on a day I was off work so it was convenient. I would recommend them for future work.

Three men work all the hours, finished the job as was planed. They came 25 minutes later in the morning due to bad weather and traffic. It didn't make any difference to me. I would recommend them to other people and called them again.

Guitierrez Contruction showed up on time and finished the job quickly and charged me the quoted price.

He arrived on time for the estimate and completed the work to my satisfaction. The taped the area in plastic and cleaned up the area before leaving.

Prompt response to initial enquiry, impressed by knowledge and skills during on site quote. Quick submission of bid and was able to undertake project within 2 weeks. Provided several options for us to choose from (both spray and batt insulation) and was knowledgeable about green/environmental options. Employees were pleasant, tidy and hardworking, the project was completed with minimal fuss. Since they are also a general contractor they were able to bid on other projects we had outstanding and given this projects success we will be using them for other work.

Did not cover up my furniture. Took me 3.5 hours to cleanup. Follow up was a nightmare. Needed to have someone to patch my ceiling. G. Const. said that they would set up an appointment to have someone finish the patches, prime and paint at $40 per hour, to which I agreed. They could not schedule anyone during the week that the insulation was blown in and then I was out of town for 8 days. Upon my return, I called G. Const. Countless times & every time was told, "I will call you back within 20 minutes" with a time to come out to do the finishing". Well, to this day, I have not heard back. Noise was to be reduced by 60%. Nothing!

Construction of the wall turned out to make soundproofing not possible, so contractor repaired the exploratory hole, cleaned up area, and was very professional and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

It was a little difficult to connect at the beginning, a return phone call was expected when it was said I'll see you at such time , and did not show or call, that was my only disappointment, but the work was done efficiently. I wished you 'd shown me samples of the materials you use on a regular basis, the choice of the right material would have been more obvious to choose from.
