I pretty much never give out five star ratings, but this guy was genuinely fantastic. I can't think of anything he could have done better. I'm actually kinda of afraid to post this just because I don't want people thinking I'm a plant from their company, but he deserves it.

Outstanding job cleaning the carpets. However, there was a disconnect between the quoted price over the phone and the price the cleaner told me when he measured the rooms, I mean by mre than double! It all worked out though and I then cleaned for the quoted price.

You can't do this yourself - they have the truck the special machines and the guys are just great. They give you the price right then before they start and get it done efficiently and neatly. I'm still amazed at how pointless renting the DIY machine at home depot is compared to this.

Smart Carpet Cleaning did a great job getting my carpets cleaned. I have 3 young sons who track lots of dirt and the carpets look brand new. They also had the best prices around which was a plus!!!!

Rugs came out great. Had to wait longer than was told originally for them to arrive. (told between 2 and 3, got a call saying it would be more like 3:30, then didn't arrive until 3:50).

They were courteous and efficient. They came at the scheduled time and did a great job. The sectional sofa, chair, and carpet were all SO clean. Drying time was minimal and they left a spray bottle for touch up cleaning. On top of great work, they are also a great deal. Very competitive price.

They came and gave an estimate and when asked if they could come early in the morning they said yes. They were late but did call to let me know. Explained why certain areas would not come clean. The price for cleaning the whole house was reasonable, Very pleasant to deal with.
