The #1 issue- the contract called for high-end hurricane windows, we got a cheaper product. One window was larger than specified requiring the removal of a block. We stuck with the inferior product because the change would have added weeks/months to the project. Kris became argumentative when faced with issues. Several other subs did poor work

We replaced our old double-sink vanity, and the old toilet, and many other small things at the master bathroom. Kris was the first who responded to my order at HomeAdriser. All his team was polite and complaisant. Kris was quick and ready for phone communication; easy responded to our requirements. I think that he is a very knowledgeable person. It looks like there is no problem for him in the construction industry. I recommend him to all wishers of remodeling something in their homes.

Really good experience with Kris and his team. Had a wood deck in bad shape and rather than rebuild, wanted it and the attached roof removed. Since it was attached to my original roof, needed a professional to do the job correctly. Kris gave me a written estimate within a week, and scheduled and completed the job the following week. Workmanship is beautiful - very satisfied with the finished project.

Kris's work is absolutely stellar. We enclosed part of our patio to create an office. Kris worked tirelessly to get our plans approved. Once we had the approval, Kris began work immediately. The entire job was completed in 3 weeks, including the additional job of painting the entire house. One of our concerns was the the addition would look like addition. However, once the job was complete, the addition blended absolutely seamlessly with our existing home. It is beautiful and Kris exceeded our expectations. When the job was complete, he left everything spotless. He and his team our kind, courteous and absolute professionals. We plan on hiring him again in the near future to remodel our master bath.

The men showed up when they said they would.The job was organized immediately.Both men were efficient, busy, polite, experienced. It was a fair price. I will be seeing them again. I also thank you. I did not expect a follow up call,especially after my experience with the first recommendation. The jobs were small. Kris installed a new wood floor and laminate floor in a timely manner. He worked hard on the project, after the installation, there were a few corrections to be made on site. He had no problem returning to complete them. He was very professional and I would use him again.

Installed a replacement sliding glass patio door. Came to quote the same day I requested referral from Service Magic. Arrived to do job exactly at time scheduled. Work done expertly and neatly. Kris is a true professional. Price was totally fair and competitive. I could not have been more pleased.

Chris was very professional and prompt. He finished our very large job on time and the floors look amazing. He and his partner were both knowledgeable when questions arose about certain things and were happy to accommodate us when we had certain requests.
