I moved into a new apartment on Saturday and it was filthy. I called Maria on Saturday and explained my emergency. Although they were on their last job for the weekend, she was willing to fit me in on such short notice. They did an amazing job. Everything was pulled out and cleaned (refrigerator and stove, too!) and 3 hours later, my apartment sparkled. Awesome company.

I was surprised that a cleaning co. could offer truly intent cleaning help -- but Annette was focused. When she got down to cleaning the place, she was charged! Do I think I will use Smart Choice Cleaning Services? Only if I can work with someone as charged as Annette!

I told the owner that I was wanting the home cleaned because we just purchased it and it was dusty and dirty from the previous owners. She said she did this kind of work all the time. She listed everything they would do and it sounded like just what I needed. I went to the home when they were finished and was very disappointed. The kitchen appliances looked great but the blinds were still dirty, the ledge along the stairs still had dog hair from the previous owner, the light fixtures were still dusty, the sink in the downstairs bathroom was dusty. I paid $150 dollars and did not get the items cleaned that were the most important to me.

Move in cleaning. Maria and her team had a big job. Price was good, but have notice a few areas that were missed. Overall, I would rehire Smart Choice Cleaning Service.

i thought the girl did a fabulous job. However the owner wavered on the price from the initial phone call price. I learned that i need to get it in writing because she was not honest to me from the first price she gave me and gave me a higher rate for monthly cleaning svs then the original price. Integrity is very important to me to hiring or not hiring.
