Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
We have used Smart Choice Maintenance to do two jobs at our home. The first was to remove a portion of the marble kitchen counter and to replace it and install a new sink and faucet. The second job was to remove a leaking and disabled whirlpool bathtub ,to repair the damage caused by the leak and install a new tub and faucet. The crews were efficient and courteous and gave great suggestions as to how to prevent and minimize any future problems. The price was fair and reasonable and the crews were very knowledgeable . We highly recommend this company as they do top class work.

Arrived on time. pleasant, courteous. took details of my project which was to hang a rug over a fireplace, said would call me within two three days with how to do this. Which he did- he could not find a suitable way to hang a rug besides clips which I did not want. I appreciate his honesty.

I had a difficult project, installing diferent size doors and closets, and given the different estimates I was revising my plans but Smart Choice was patient and kept providing estimates. The workers are very courteous and do excellent work.

The estimate was for 1 hour or possibly 2 and it ended up costing me 3 hours of labor but overall I was satisfied and would use this person again. I would outline my cost limits more clearly.
