From New Jersey this my Florida rental and this was a nightmare experience dealing with the arrogant owner, Jerry. They charged close to $900 to remove an AC blower motor that was under warranty. He never responded after 2 days and then blocked my number. They left me stranded with no AC and refused to return the motor, which now voids my warranty. It is hard to believe this could happen considering his good reviews.

Called Jerry at 8am. He was here at 9. Found roots interfering with our water main which was causing a water backup in our toilets. Got the main cleared quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using him again!

We had a small mold problem and needed to replace our water heater. This was an insurance claim and we did not get the settlement that we should have, especially after paying a public adjuster. After calling and getting quotes from several people we called Smart Choice and it was the best thing we could have done. Not only did Jerry replace our water heater, but he took care of the mold and replaced our 19 year old a/c unit. There was little disruption to our daily routine and I have to say he is the nicest guy you could ever want to meet. Plus he left the work sight spotless. Will recommend and use again.
