Great communication from Kyle and Dan through out the whole process. Kyle was the only one out of 4 roofing contractors to present more than one package. He also explained the whole replacement process step by step. Dan was onsite the whole day and kept me updated on any additional cost that needed to be done. I will highly recommend Kyle and his Team to friends and family for their future roofing needs. Thanks Kyle and Dan for being upfront and honest. Great job!!!

Interviewed and evaluated 9 roofing contractors before choosing Kyle and Dan of Smart Choice Roofing. Kyle was thorough and professional from start to finish, always answering all my texts and calls thru the process and although they weren't the cheapest, after dealing with them, I'd say I have no regrets choosing them for one of my largest out of pocket expenses yet on my home. Kyle had excellent reviews on Google and was BBB A+ rated and was the only one of 9 who presented a "good, better, best" package and explained the difference in product quality and pricing and also offered financing. Never did I hear them say negative things about their competition products nor companies and they both always reassured me that they would be there for any issues and after the process, they delivered 100%. Dan was onsite the whole day assisting Guillermo and his crew as I watched also the entire day outside and they finished in one long day! They were on time and cleaned up very well you wouldn't know how much trash and loose nails were on the ground that day! The crew worked diligently start to finish taking care to protect our plants and surroundings and even checked my neighbors yards to make sure no loose debris went on their sides. They are listed on Owens Corning's website as preferred contractors and among all brands GAF, Certainteed, Tamko, and after researching these all, I selected them and their OC True Def Duration Shingles for my roof. Only time will tell if the roof stands up well to the harsh elements in the Texas gulf coast but based on my own research and experience with this group, I can highly recommend them for any home roofing project and enjoy seeing my new roof each day. I've had small minor adjustments made since install and they have come out to address my concerns. I will highly recommend them to friends and family for future roofing needs. Great company. Heath stayed in touch through the whole process and was on site frequently. The owners of the company were on site frequently as well. The crew was punctual, cleaned up nicely and very fast. They worked in the rain, in the dark and completed the job, which was a large roofing job, in two days. Highly recommend.

I liked the finished product. The work was completed in 1.5 days, although their initial estimate was 1 day. I liked the products used and quality of work. Clean up was good. No money was exchanged until the work was completed. My point of contact was Steven

So far they have done everything they said they would. I have had No issues with them. I was concerned initially while taking bids, a lot of roofing companies try to work off customers money, i.e. get the money up front, then provide a poor quality of work. Never was I ask to provide any up front money which I would have refused to do. The job was finished 5 days ago Owner has yet to come by for collection of payment. I feel they have complied with everything that was agreed to, without prompting, argument or conflict. It has been an excellent experience.
