Although the founders currently reside in Friendswood, we consider all of the Houston area as home. Dan was very professional in all of our dealings. We had very specific needs. He replaced rotted beams in the front of our house and created a new roof line for our home. Mike came out and got on the roof to get an accurate measurement for his quote. We decided on SmartChoice Roofing due to his honesty, communication and quote. Once we selected an install date bad weather (rain) moved in for a few days. Mike called and we rescheduled to a date that worked for us. They had the old roof off and a new one on in 2 days. Then they did a very effective nail sweep along the driveways, front entrance, and back of the house to prevent any stray nails from winding up in a car tire. I would recommend SmartChoice Roofing for their professionalism and the quality work they did on my house.

Kyle and Dan were very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. The job was done quickly and they took care of all clean up like they we never there. They did a final walk through to make sure all our questions were addressed. Would highly recommend!

The crew arrived at the appointed time and every man seemed to know his job. Tarps were spread under all eves to catch nails and small pieces. Clean up was excellent. I was impress at how each member seemed to enjoy his job. I will recommend Smartchoice to anyone needing a new composition roof.
