Great through work!

The Smart Team was very responsive to an urgent need to clean up my basement after an angry tenant destroyed personal belongings and literally trashed my home. I quickly became overwhelmed by the amount of work it was going to take to get it back in order. I called for an estimate and the next morning the team of three arrived on time to tackle the mess. I was immediately relieved at their professionalism and efficiency. This project took a little over 3 hours; it would have easily taken me over a month to wade through the destruction. I'm grateful for the massive amount of work they did in not-so-pleasant conditions. We are confirming a total home cleaning and regular maintenance schedule. I highly recommend Smart Cleaning--you won't be disappointed.

Smart Cleaning did a fantastic job helping with the one time move out cleaning at my condo. I was not able to be there so they had to go to the community management office to get the keys and parking pass. We were also having constructions in the community that I wasnâ t aware of at the time of making the reservation. It took the cleaning crew half an hour to find parking, yet they still took the time and did a stellar job even though that meant they were late for their next job. I was really glad that I hired Smart Cleaning and I would definitely give them a call again if I have any other cleaning needs. I would recommend them to anyone whoâ s looking for help with cleaning too!

Elizabeth and her team did an amazing job. I recently moved into a large home that hadnâ t been cleaned in years. They took their time and did not move on from a room until it was perfect. I didnâ t know the kitchen could shine so much. I was so impressed, I have hired them to come every month!

Great team, great service, great value! I was putting my house on the market and needed it ready to show to buyers. No problem! They did cleaning, cleared out a lot of junk and even did several handyman jobs to get the house ready.

Very professional! We needed cleaning after our home had a fire and was reconstructed. We have a severe asthmatic child. They cleaned walls, cabinets, light fixtures, floors. We will have them clean again after total construction is complete before we have any furniture delivered. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

I highly recommend Smart Cleaning. Elizabeth was so pleasant and accommodating from start to finish. I had ceramic tile replaced with hardwood floors in my kitchen and when the contractors were finished I had a house covered in red dust. Within hours my house was so clean again. They were amazing. Elizabeth even fit me in on the day and time that worked best for me. I would highly recommend them!

Elizabeth and her gals were amazing! They cleaned the entire home for a move in! Everything I asked to be done, was done and done right! All were so kind, caring, and very hard workers! I was fit into her schedule at a rather last minute job due to logistics and relocating! I would recommend these wonderful company to all! Just great!!

I began using C&E after becoming frustrated and disappointed with a franchise maid service company. I like the fact that C& E is an independent company. Elizabeth's team is wonderful. They are always on time, very pleasant and do a thorough job of cleaning! I highly recommend them!
