Reviews
Write a ReviewI hired David with SEEC because of his reputation and expertise. I knew David before he did the job. However, we became even closer friends after the job. I don't think you can find another smarter and more professional person in the business.
Thank you Drew
SEECC did VOC testing, mold and bacteria testing in my apartment. They did remediation to resolve the issues. The owner David was very knowledgeable and professional .He came out before my scheduled appointment to do the testing. The remediation was done immediately after the test results. He and his son went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company. Linda S
Thank You Linda.
Very knowledgeable, timely, efficient and affordable!
Thank You April.
Estimate spelled out the process and cost. Both were also explained by Mr. Simon. Cost was as estimated. He and his crew were very courteous, and as far as we can tell, they did a good job of remediation of mold.
Did good job very knowledgeable
Thanks Charles
Very quick to respond and resolve the issue, very knowledgeable
They did a very good job of remediation as far as I can tell, but David wasn't quite truthful about two things he told me. They also put my stuff back in the basement onto the floor while it was still wet from remediating. That didn't sit right with me.

The owner, David Simon, explained the entire process to me before starting on my basement & kept me informed every step of the way. I feel much safer in my home now. Thank you to Dave & his hard-working crew.
Thanks Jan!
David was great to work with. He responded immediately to our call and started testing right away. He and his crew got right on the remediation and worked through a weekend in order to get the job done. Everyone was friendly, hard-working, and professional. David is passionate about helping people and keeps an open line of communication. Very nice guy and did a fantastic job.
