5.0 Drew C. Youngstown, OH

I hired David with SEEC because of his reputation and expertise. I knew David before he did the job. However, we became even closer friends after the job. I don't think you can find another smarter and more professional person in the business.

Response from Company:

Thank you Drew

5.0 Linda S. Boardman, OH

SEECC did VOC testing, mold and bacteria testing in my apartment. They did remediation to resolve the issues. The owner David was very knowledgeable and professional .He came out before my scheduled appointment to do the testing. The remediation was done immediately after the test results. He and his son went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company. Linda S

Response from Company:

Thank You Linda.

5.0 April O. Brookfield, OH

5.0 Lee T. Pierpont, OH

Estimate spelled out the process and cost. Both were also explained by Mr. Simon. Cost was as estimated. He and his crew were very courteous, and as far as we can tell, they did a good job of remediation of mold.

5.0 Charles U. Greenville, PA

Did good job very knowledgeable

Response from Company:

Thanks Charles

5.0 Regina N. Edinburg, PA

Very quick to respond and resolve the issue, very knowledgeable

4.0 Ron G. Meadville, PA

They did a very good job of remediation as far as I can tell, but David wasn't quite truthful about two things he told me. They also put my stuff back in the basement onto the floor while it was still wet from remediating. That didn't sit right with me.

Response from Company:

To Mr. Gill We had filled and then moved over 20 boxes from the basement, climbing difficult steps. Then move the boxes back to the basement at no charge. A Savings of $1500.00. The boxes were put back with the understanding that once Ron put the items on the shelf he would throw the boxes away. On top of that I, discounted the job by 10%, plus giving Ron a free replacement cell for the REME HALO for free. Savings of $230.00. During the job he request my son to do extra work as well and didn't add any charge. So how can the job not sit right? SEECC deserves 6 stars for helping Mr. Gill heal a sick home! and money value a 6.0. We worked very hard to make Ron happy?

3.5 Greta D. New Middletown, OH

They havenâ t completed the job. Waiting for the lab results. Text me after they are finished

Response from Company:

The customer did not pay or request final testing. see below for the protocol of work that was completed. Plus they were closing on a home equity loan and need the work done in a NEW YORK MINUTE. I did everything to supply Greta with all the paperwork she requested and S he did not call me anymore. 1. Items removed items from the basement so they can be purified. 2. Owner shall provide suitable shelter for items. 3. Set up barriers, dehumidifiers, negative pressure, lights, and sanitizing units in the basement. 4. Wire brush contaminated walls and floors in the basement. 5. Sweep and shop VAC heavy debris. 6. HEPA VAC the walls, still plate concrete floors and joists. 7. Enzyme the concrete floors, still plates, joists, and walls to kill the fungi. 8. Wipe down all surfaces. 9. Clean visual stains. 10. Provide and apply MSR solutions for difficult stains. 11. Provide and apply BAC Shield on the joists, concrete floors, and walls in the basement. 12. Provide sanitizing plasma for 2 hours in the basement. 13. Provide sanitizing plasma for 2 hours in the air system. 14. Clean up all debris created by the project. 15. Provide and install a REME HALO in the plenum. 16. Provide and install an Ez Breeze in the basement.

5.0 Janice S. Struthers, OH

The owner, David Simon, explained the entire process to me before starting on my basement & kept me informed every step of the way. I feel much safer in my home now. Thank you to Dave & his hard-working crew.

Response from Company:

Thanks Jan!

5.0 David F. Greenville, PA

David was great to work with. He responded immediately to our call and started testing right away. He and his crew got right on the remediation and worked through a weekend in order to get the job done. Everyone was friendly, hard-working, and professional. David is passionate about helping people and keeps an open line of communication. Very nice guy and did a fantastic job.
