Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Miguel came in tiled my kitchen floor and installed kitchen cabinets and quartz counter top. I was told it would be completed 1 week and Miguel was true to his word! I now have a beautiful kitchen!!

Bathroom - Remodel
Miguel and his crew did a wonderful job. I've been in my home over 25 years. I have a tri-level home and remade the bottom floor den into my bedroom. Which only had a 1/2 bathroom. I dreamed of turning that bathroom into my dream spa with a freestanding tub. That is my reality now. Every night as I soak in my elegant spa. I shake my head in disbelief!! The best money ever spent. The team was punctual, diligent, clean, respectful and affordable...Thanks to the entire team. I will use them over and over.....They did an outstanding job!!!!

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Excellent experience. Miguel and his team are professional and can be relied upon. Estimate remained consistent. True to his word on when he will get the job done. Job done well - removed carpeting and installed laminate on 2nd floor and stairway. Moved all furniture and replaced it upon installation. I immediately recommended him to my brother for another flooring installation job. He is excellent!

Great job on floors! Worked with me on floor pattern. Picked up all materials and supplies. Arrived on time, finished on time. Not so great at managing dust, dents in walls, tracking debris in house, cleaning up afterwards, left materials for me to haul away. I?d recommend Miguel, just have discussion about items mentioned above.

Miguel was punctual, nice, and installed what ended up being a beautiful tile shower. He completed the initial job in the time frame provided. After he left we noticed excess grout on tiles, two cracked tiles, the shower door handle was put on upside down, water pooled in one are of shower floor, and the shower door did not close securely. It took multiple calls and texts before he came to do the repairs. However, the shower door handle is still on upside down as he said he couldn't fix it.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Miguel has been in the business for 25 years + and is the owner of Smart Flooring Solutions. He is very knowledgeable, a total professional and is ready to perform great work and artistry. His crew is great.. They arrived at 8:00 am, began work immediately, pulled up the carpet from our dining, living room and hall and began laying the laminate. They left here about 5:30, with all the laminate laid, beautifully, and cleaned up every piece of debris. My husband and I would absolutely recommend this company for any of your needs. They are willing and capable of taking on other projects in your home. In summary, we have to say, we appreciate referrals of good companies, and this is a VERY good one. Crew doesn't clean up very well during and after the project. The project took 5 days and I had to clean up behind them every day after they left.

Miguel and his crew are very professional . They pay attention to every detailed. I hired them to replace the carpet by laminated floor and paint the whole house. Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Did good work mostly at first but had some hollow spots I quickly identified, the day after install where they clearly didn't put enough glue. Its been several weeks and they won't respond to come finish the job. Wont answer or respond to my texts. You get what you pay for. Miguel is excellent but his workers are shoddy at best. All the hollow areas that have issues with were all done by his 2 other guys. I watched the whole job. Im sad to change my positive review but they have not answered in over a month.

Henry is awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with the job. He not only painted- he replaced rotten wood and patched up stucco throughout the house. Juan- who worked with Henry is also an extremely hard worker and very kind. We are so pleased with the work and will be calling Henry back for our next project. (His quote was awesome too- and he stuck to it)
