His name was Aldo, Aldo, A-L-D-O.The guy kept calling over and over, and he called It's one thing if you call and you call back a little later, he would just call and call again and call. And I, today he finally had an Answer. I answered because I was irritated. I'm in the middle of work. That's why you're getting sent to voicemail. It does not mean call Yeah. You know. And I picked up and I was like, sir, you know, when you call over and over, that does not make me want to speak with you. And he, It He called again right after that. I was like, I blocked him because that's that is not cold. That is not. cool@all.

Andy and his crews were amazing! They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and immediately began jack-hammering and digging. Their employees are the hardest-working bunch of guys I've ever seen. At one point I told the foreman, Andy, I couldn't believe how hard they were working but what a mess! Andy said "by the time we're done you won't even be able to tell we were here". I thought "Yeah right". When they were done, the guys starting raking the dirt clogs from our yard, washed down the stonework around the flower beds and the sidewalk. They then poured new concrete right in front of our front door. The guy went over it 3 or 4 times to make sure it was smooth and then brushed it so it wouldn't be slippery. Then they insisted on fixing some stepping stones in our side yard that they had to break up for a couple of piers. They even replanted some of my flowers! Sure enough, you could not tell that our whole yard was a disaster area earlier that day. I have already recommended them to friends!

Smart Foundation Repair did a wonderful job on my townhome. It had all sorts of problems, and they took the time to explain what was wrong and how they would fix it. The crew was kind and careful, and the place feels solid and level again. I?m very happy with the results.

Smart Foundation Repair did a fine job on the front side of my house. I had a few cracks that were starting to worry me, and they took care of them without any fuss. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked steadily, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks solid again, and I feel a lot more at ease knowing the foundation is in good shape. I appreciate the honest work.

Smart Foundation Repair did a great job installing foundation drains around my home. They tied in all my downspouts, added a gravel drain around the entire perimeter, and protected everything with fabric and root barrier material. The whole system is connected to sump pumps that move the water out to the street, and it works exactly the way it should. Everyone I dealt with was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. They kept me informed, worked quickly, and left the area clean when they finished. Most importantly, my drainage problems are completely gone. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Smart Foundation Repair to anyone dealing with water issues around their home.

1 star 05/23/2023 BEWARE!!! I chose them because of their rating with the BBB and their website was hired to correct what was causing the not level floors, self-shutting doors, and wall cracks. Their original bid was 12K. They asked for 4K to schedule work, then once work begins another 4K. No supervisor came with the workers. They were asking me what was supposed to be done. They did not have the correct equipment and left. Next day the salesman came showed them and left. They were to remove 23 structural, support posts and install the pier system they advertise online stating they drive the piers to bedrock, and this would correct and sustain my house for a lifetime guaranteed. When they finished nothing inside my home had changed actually it was worse. No supervisor inspected the job and they were demanding final payment within 24 hours or my warranty would be void. Upon inspection, another 5K was now needed to do the job correctly and the manager would be there to oversee. After paying 12+K once again, workers came unsupervised with no manager, just the salesman for a bit - and after they were done it was even worse!!I Then I hired my own engineer. He deemed my home as unstable in the condition they had left it. They had removed posts under the joints of the wood beam and put their piers in to the sides of the joints Within a few days several of their piers had fell over or were loose under the beam. They had only driven the piers 3 or less definitely not to bedrock!!! Worse of all, I also found out from the Johnson County inspector they were suppose have by law gotten a permit with an engineers approved drawing No permits were obtained at all and their contractors license was not active! Not to mention the companies insurance had lapsed during these months while on my job. A lot of money and time to correct a problem they actually made worse and caused more damage. Which forced me to spend more time and money. cannot be trusted!!

I got 3 other quotes and no one made me feel as comfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing and had a solid plan to address my foundation issues, like SMART Foundation Systems did. Kendra Love, the project manager worked diligently with me to establish the start date to meet my needs. David was the crew lead. He reaffirmed what was to be done during the process.
