Heat Pump Repair or Service
Came over on a Saturday to repair my A/C; worked efficiently to discover problem; explained what he was doing and why; very reasonable price to fix. I will use him again next year for preventive service.

Great Service and very knowledgeable ! Smart HVAC found the problem with our air conditioner that the company we were using thought we had a major expense in repairing it ! Smart HVAC is my choice now in servicing our air conditioner and heating needs ! Definitely will use them from this day forward !

Central A/C Service or Repair
On the hottest days of the summer in September and company in from New York- our AC unit starts to leak. We have to turn off the unit as our carpet is now wet! and I contacted each contractor on the list I was given. I talked to answering services, who wanted all my info- only to be told- they could not come out today (Saturday). I called the last name with only 1 review- the call was answered by the owner AND in an hour they were on their way to my home. Even though they couldn't fix it that day- needed parts - they came out! There was no emergency charge! They gave me value, excellent service and very polite. What do you think of companies who you call and they first ask you if you have a service plan with them.-no I didn't-...then they say they cannot come. So I didn't get moved to the head of the line with the other repair companies- but I did with this one! You won't be sorry!! He followed up with me to make sure my unit was still working ok.

Great service! Friday night after hours air conditioner not coming on. Smart HVAC called ahead, were prompt and were very polite. We had an electrical issue, they fixed it and everything is working again. We will definitely use them again for our HVAC needs.
