When Mr. Smart came to bid on my job, I was very impressed. However, after the course of several months and 3 phone calls, it was obvious that he had no intention of showing up although during each phone call he set a date but kept changing it. Unfortunately, he is not a man of his word. I had a signed contract with him which he did not honor. Beware of his false promises.

Nick and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented. They clearly take pride in their work. I asked them to come back to address a couple minor items, and they did so quickly and without any push back. They really went above and beyond and offered some additional services suggested to improve the project, without adding a lot of extra cost. Iâ d highly recommend them without question.

The backyard was rough and needed resloping which was done very well. The only issue is the tracks make to take soil to backyard need filling in.

They delivered on everything as agreed. They took the stump grindings, filled the holes with soil and applied seed and straw. One stump was 4' in diameter! They were punctual, and stayed on task and answered questions for me as the project was in progress. I plan to use them for a grading project in the future.

All the workers were very personable. Nick explained everything in detail so I could make an informed decision. Not to mention, reasonably priced.

I had a huge drainage issue in my back yard. Nick gave me a very reasonable bid to install a French Drain, bury some downspouts, and add some rock under my deck. He started the job when he promised and did very good work. I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Nick the owner seems very knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. For the yard re-sloping estimate, he measured my yard and took everything into account. He didn’t seem to miss anything, explained his findings and made recommendations. After the job was done, he remeasured and explained exactly how my water problem was fixed. Yesterday early morning we had a big storm and no water got into my basement. The water flowed exactly where Nick said it would as a result of his work. I am very happy with the work.

Owner was very easy to work with. Arrived when he said he would. Completed the work in the time he allotted. His work was efficient and careful. We would use his company again and would highly recommend them.

The owner is very professional and honest
