From the initial phone call to the final walk through, Jon of Smart Healthy Homes was very helpful and knowledgeable!! The work was done completely, and with great care. They even completed extra work and surprised me! I would highly recommend Smart Healthy Homes!!!

Jon and his crew installed rafter vents (where the rafters meet the soffit) and blown-in insulation in my attic. The baffling in the rafters was a challenge at first, but Jon's crew persevered and got the vents installed properly. The insulation job was well done with a minimum of the agreed upon 8 inches throughout the attic. I was particularly impressed with the crew's efforts to keep our floors and living area as undisturbed as possible during the prep work as well as while blowing in the insulation. The floors were covered with cardboard taped in place, doors and hallways away from the activity were sectioned off with plastic, and HEPA filter units ran throughout the process to keep the non-work areas free of particulates. The cleanup after the job was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend considering Jon and his services for an attic insulation project.

Thomas and his company are highly professional. He has a deep care for the line of work that he is in and wants to make sure that others are protected from molds and toxins as well. Jon’s crew did a great job. Very professional and did good job cleaning up and keeping us up to date on what was going on. Took care of the mold problem. Installed a roof fan for bathroom and gave good advice on how to keep air flowing in the area.

A month ago I had a smelly, mold - ridden, sickly, and frankly embarrassingly disgusting turn of the century home. I now have a clean, fresh smelling, non - moldy and inviting house! This is due to the unbelievable and fantastic work on my garage, basement, HVAC, attic and bathroom thanks to Jon, Levi and the rest of the crew at Smart Healthy Homes. From the first meeting with Jon until the end of the project, I was always impressed with his sincerity, character and overall knowledge of the process of removing the mold from my home. He was able to make me feel at ease with every step of the project and answer all questions I had along the way. The fact that he was in constant communication with me was not only a comfort, but it also allowed me to know what step in the process his team was encountering at that moment. Not only would I highly recommend Smart Healthy Homes to everyone, but I am also keeping their number in my favorites list for future projects because they are able to provide remodeling services which is invaluable for old home owners! Today I feel better, sleep better, and don't smell strange things.
