    Excellent courteous service! Installed 8 Sonos speaker system flawlessly. Very tidy and neat. Definitely recommend these guys!

    I would highly recommend this team. They were timely and professional.Even when there was an unexpected challenge due to the thickness of the wall,they took their time to make sure it was done right. Great service! Will use them again!

    Smart Home Empire came out to my home and attempted to install a prewired existing sound system and Harmony remote in the family room and bedroom. It worked when he left. Lost power to the house as a result of a local transformer outage, the programming that the installer had made to the Harmony remotes in the family room and the bedroom is completely messed up, cannot even get the TV to turn on through the harmony remote, or individual remotes. The installer spent almost 8 hours and gave me a bill for $720. Reached out via email x2 and 2 phone calls and got excuses as to why he could not come out and fix the problem. The work was completed 3 weeks ago and now I have to reach out to another company because the Smart Home Empire is too busy to fix their work. Avoid this company.

    Response from Company:

    Totally misleading, On the 25th of September we received an email from Michael saying he has some issues with the devices that he had purchase which we program for him and we need to come out and fix it. We call him the next day and we agree on a Time for the 28th of September between 11 and 12 a.m. On the day of the appointment I called and told him I'm on the way and I should be there in 22 minutes from my location. Michael responded "I had a hangover from the night before and cannot have any visitors at this time". I responded no problem you can give us a call whenever you ready. 8 days later we got a phone call from Michael for us to come out and fix the issue. I told him no problem I'll give you a call later that afternoon to give you a time and day. Michael agreed, and we were not able to contact Michael that day. We got a phone call from Michael the next day stating he didn't get a phone call from us, which I told him we apologize but we going have him on the schedule for the next day just didn't have a time yet due to previous apartment with another customer. Michael got angry stated that he was going to report us to the Better Business Bureau and hang up the phone. We were confuse because all we did was trying to help Michael out, especially it was not our fault that the device has stopped working. All would have got done for no cost
