I am sorry, but if you are expecting a brand new carpet cleaning style.. my equipment for cleaning a carpet is top of the line, especially having pets in your home. I do not appreciate dishonesty you saw me come in with my equipment, if you had any concerns about that, you should have stopped me. We spent nearly three hours.
