Smart Home Protection Systems, Inc.

Shane and Eric were very professional and on time.

I didn't rate the customer service high because I look at the company's ability to help after installation. The tech was great. He walked me through the operating steps and was friendly.

Shane and his worker Eric are great people . I had a short window of time to install a couple cameras outside and they did get it done in time. Highly recommend them

Easy to work with. Good communication. We will use them again.

Very professional, good work, on time, and easy to work with.

Shane and his team installed a system that professionally positioned each camera strategically. They hid the wiring to where you think it is wireless. We definitely will be adding more cameras from SHPS. Highly Recommend.

This company comes highly recommended

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish!! Quick response, extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were so pleased with the service for our home, we also had them install security cameras in our daughters home as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

Quick and excellent service. Repairer, Brad, who came to house was very knowledgeable about the job and did it in the most professional manner. If and when I decide to add more cameras or need another repair, I will differently call them again. Great service at a reasonable cost.

Excellent work installing my security cameras, for a reasonable cost. I would recommend to anyone for your home security needs!

They did a great job. I was pleased with the work. They were polite and very knowledgable.

Great customer service!

Fast, professional service at a good price.

Overall we were really pleased with our experience. However once install was done, it seemed like I was a bother if I had questions about notifications or the app. The app is not user friendly and incredibly hard to decipher. We were only able to with the help of customer service. Initially we were not given a manual or any instructions on the app. They completed all that we asked of them but only after if felt like nagging to get what we initially wanted. I would recommend them, I just would like better customer service for what we paid.

Excellent service from listening to where I wanted the cameras, the installation, & adjusting the cameras for the best coverage.

We got a response right away and an appointment within a reasonable time for a quote. We were advised about what we needed and got our needs met with what we wanted our system to do. The work was done professionally and courteously and our system was improved greatly from what we had before. We would recommend Home Protections Systems and use them again!
