Found the problem and corrected it

The owner was very helpful in making recommendations for our Ethernet installation. Both techs were personable, knowledgeable, and willing to patiently answer questions. They respected our new home and cleaned up upon work completion. A very good find.

I replaced a TV, DVD player, Home Theater (including speakers) and added a Harmony smart remote. I had Bronson procure, deliver and install the equipment. They arrived on time, did a clean install while working around a bad internet connection. While my project was not a sophisticated movie room they understood my concerns and made sure I understood how everything worked which is not easy these days. I now have one remote that I'm still learning instead of four.

They were awesome! First had them mount 3 tv’s. They were 50% less than Best Buy and they were very professional. Then I found out they did so much more. I ended up having whole home audio with a full on movie theater put in. Along with a bunch of smart home stuff with my new alarm they did through Alarm.com. They also did some high end surveillance cameras. I looked the cameras up online. The price they gave me on the cameras was unbelievable. I basically got my labor for free when compared to the best online pricing. I would highly recommend Bronson and his expert team to all of my family and friends. I wish all of my in home contractor experiences where like this one. A++++++++

A video door bell was installed by Mr. Bronson, did a very good job, pleased with the work done.

They did an awesome install and even installed a sound bar and Steven stayed to help debug some Comcast connectivity issues. That was really outside of what he was sent to do but he hung in there until I was able to watch a movie! Also, Bronson helped me find a better value on my TV purchase through them. A+ plus customer service all the way around and everyone was so pleasant to work with. Yes, I probably could have either gotten it cheaper or even had some of my friends help out and install it. But, when they would have finished, I would have been hiring someone else to repair or replace the drywall. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. Would definitely hire them again for future projects! I have worked with men like these two men and they are amoung the best. They came to the house, I went over the project with them and they went strate to work. They only slowed down to answer a cell phone call. They worked extreamly well together. Yes, I would Recomend Smant Home Business to anyone.

Steven and Derrick were punctual and friendly. They were open to suggestions and requests. I would certain recommend Smart Home and Steven and Derrick. My only very minor criticism is that they didn t fully set up the second TV which was not part of the original work order. It was not difficult for me to hook up the accessories, I was just surprised that they hadn t been connected. Good job overall! I would hire them again.

Very impressed with service. First to call back and willing to work around my schedule. Showed up for appointment promptly and went straight to work. Work was a little more complicated since TV had to be installed over tiled fireplace with uneven surface. The total price for the work was about half of what a big box store offered. Would definitely recommend and use again.

While they didn't show up for the first appointment, they certainly made up for it but being prompt for the 2nd appointment and gave me a discount to compensate me for the mix up. Work was great and the tech cleaned up after the install.
