Hired Sam to reseal an exterior door on a 2 yr old vinyl sided home. The job was completed, upon close inspection, I noticed Sam broke the j channel on the right side of door. Sam did not tell me about it and when I told him about it, he said it was broken before he touched it, which it wasn't. I will not recommend and will not rehire.
