VICTOR has a fake business and steals money from thousands of people he doesnâ t do the job and asks for money upfront and then runs away and spends your money for him self never comes back to start the work and he will never give you your money back his business is not licensed and he is dangerous scum do not let him near your home he will STEAL YOUR MONEY AND RUN HE SHOWS UP WITH HIS WIFE AND THEY BOTH WILL TRY TO ROB YOU BLIND STAY AWAY FROM PAYING HIM A DIME HE WONT DO ANYWORK OR RESPOND BIGGEST LOSER I EVER MET. I REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE HE LOOKS LIKE HE IS ON DRUGS AND WILL BE GOING TO JAIL FOR THEFT OF THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT FAMILIES BE AWARE.

Initially, the Service pro was very responsive but for some reason, they stop responding and never finished the project.

I was quite surprised because he was very personable, the project was fairly straight forward, but he took our check for the down payment for the project, cashed it and never returned to hang our holiday lights. We were in contact with him to reschedule a couple of times, if I called early in the day he would answer my call but I noticed that if I called later in the day he did not pick up. After that he did not respond to any attempt to contact him so ultimately took our deposit and disappeared.

Update: I had another contractor out and they looked at the two irragation walls and found this contractor installed them in the wrong direction and it will need to be taken out and replaced with a new ones. Original Review: One of my irrigation zones will not turn off. This contractor said a couple of my valves were too old. He asked for $250 to replace them. When he was done I paid him in cash trusting the job was done right. After he left, I turn the water supply on and the same problem was still there. Then I started checking the valves he replaced, they were not even connected to the wires of the control panel and they are very low-end parts compared to my old ones. How could he claim the job is done and take my full payment? For several weeks, I texted him and he never responded to any of my texts. I feel cheated and robbed. Contractors like him bring a bad reputation to the profession.

They never show up they never call me back the voice mail is full.

I would hire them again. They were easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about sprin Klee systems . Definitely hire again and recommend them.

Be prepared to wait indefinitely for any finishing work to be done. With phone calls not answered and not returned. Still waiting.

Victor completed a repair on the sprinkler system and add a drip line to pots. It all worked exactly as is should and still is.
