The owner, Saaed was very personable on the initial call when he contacted me. He explained what was needed to be done for prep for the extermination of Bed Bugs. Unlike other companies I contacted, the prep was minimal. He arrived on time and was done within the time frame he stated. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of pest control. Very prompt service, nice professional came; treated ant problem, but told me I should wait a week before knowing if treatment was successful, and they would come back to treat if ants were still there. Would hire this company again.

Professional Personaable Knowledgeable

I was called by the owner of Smart Pest Conteol within only a few minutes of my email request through Home Advisor late yesterday, Friday at 4:34 pm. He made an appointment to come to my home , quite a bit south of his office in Trumbull to Old Greenwich at 8:30am Saturday morning‼️ After a thorough inspection inside and outside the house he applied the insecticide killer and asked me to wait two days - then call if the yellow jackets are still flying inside the external house entrance. Great guy, VERY knowledgeable, very responsive and twenty + years of experience. I loved that he guaranteed the work for a period of time, and from the looks of it, I hope to find little , if any activity tomorrow. Since the nest was not visible, as it’s inside the external shingles, I will just have to see.But I truly believe that he is so professional, and tremendous on the phone and in person, Saeed has my back.

Saeed was smart, helpful, professional and knew what our options were regarding our mice issue. It was up to us to decide what to do and he helped us every step of the way. The first day, we caught TWO mice - OUTSIDE - so they never made it in the house. Thank you to Saeed and all of his help!

Smart Pest Control has lived up to its name. Saeed presented several methods that were available to remove a very large bees nest from a bush in my backyard...my choice. SPC guarantees its work (30 days) and will return free of charge, should the bee problem persist. I would recommend this company...best comparison price.

Smart Pest Cntrl was timely and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The bottom line is our Bee problem was solved the first time with minimal expense! I added this contractor to my list that I will be using in the future.
